Danno, I am in Grovetown Ga. and guess what? It is snowing, yes, but it will turn to rain Before long and then that will mean ice on the road’s and bridges and that will mean dangerous conditions for drivers. I don’t know how long this will last but I wanted to share. Cause it doesn’t happen often.. yes, my heart goes out to the people in California, it is heartbreaking and there is no end in sight. I pray for everyone there, the first responder and the fire fighters, police officers and any one trying to help the victims of the fires. I pray for everyone and hope no more deaths will occur.. God Bless America 🇺🇸!!!
Eggs will just sit until the price comes down. You can use flaxseed and water to be equivalent to an egg in baking. Also, mayonaise is made up of oil and eggs that works in baking. Mayo moisten the food. It's great in banana bread. Stocking up on mayo because it could go up due to bird flu .
Hey Danno! Up here 70 miles north of Columbus, 4 53 a doz for eggs limit 2! I was mind blown. I have chickens, I won't be paying that. Find some farm fresh eggs, most places have a sign out.
Our local Aldi has a limit on eggs and large milk cartons. Late last year I saw a local cafe employee buying more than 15 dozen eggs and they had the trolley filled with 2 layers of milk cartons. If every local cafe did that there'd be no milk and eggs for anyone else
1st!!!😃🎉🎉🎉 Hey Danno!😀 I just wanted to say that, I look forward to you posting your videos around this time. It helps me to decompress after working 3rd shift. I ❤ what you do, and the information that you give. It is VERY much appreciated. Also say,"Hello 👋🏾" to Jess for me; from Wisconsin. 🙂🙃🙂
My mom always stressed the importance of keeping the pantry stocked ahead just in case the weather takes a turn for the worse. What Danno is doing is a service to you , keeping you in the know about good deals and where . Keep an eye on your sales flyers, clip coupons and fallow Danno and Jess on their shopping adventures. PEACE ✌
Good Morning Danno & Jess ! Great price on the Avocado oil . So many varieties of tea. I don’t think my Aldi has such a large selection. But it’s been a few weeks since I’ve shopped at Aldi . It’s been Costco and Publix. My husband likes a bakery treat each week and Publix has a great bakery ( as you know) . So we end up buying a few things at Publix each week . Most of Costco desserts are too big for my husband and me . And we don’t like the selection of desserts at Aldi ( though we do like their candy selection ). Publix we buy the BOGO’s and sale items or brands that other stores do not carry. We need to make a trip to Aldi for pork chops and Salmon. Stay warm you too !! I can’t believe you’re getting another snowstorm ❄️❄️❤️
The traditional refried beans are always better. If you make them yourself, adding lard makes them taste a lot better. I'd check prices here, but I'm staying home and living from our pantry. Cuz I can!
@poppykok5 I love miracle whip for potato and pasta salads 😀 But For sandwiches, and using as a coating for poultry before rolling in flour Hellmann's is my secret ingredient.
Morning danno and people, im remaining safe, though will remain vigilant in case of rapid-growing wildfires continue (I reside 55 miles south from the fire)
I’m well stocked with food and planned to see how long I can eat without going to the grocery for anything but perishables. But with these prices, I’m tempted to continue to stock up. Maybe this is the 7 years of plenty before the 7 years of famine!
That is a possibility! When I decide not to shop the grocery, I try to keep a list of all the things I've used from my pantry so I can replace them at the end. Helps me a lot!
Good morning Danno and Jess! Our KY Aldi was half empty. Maybe the bad roads in KY is delaying trucks or the storm warning of 6 inches is freaking people out. They were out of most fresh veggies. No organic ketchup. Best ketchup anywhere. Only couple pkg of 100% grass feed beef. Awesome hamburger. Never seen the store that empty. Even when we had over foot of snow in 2016. Stay safe and inside with Frank 🥰 and Jess.
I think the store had a supply line issue, they closed so many roads due to ice , pull up YTs on KC ice and you' all see the insanity of people driving on skating rink smooth ice
When I see the “this is unbelievable” title I know prices are going down and it’s awesome or… we are all about to go broke 😂 laughing because otherwise I’m just crying 😭
When shopping at Aldi's you need to read the ingredients. You want to stay away from things like seed oils, natural and artificial sweeteners, low or no sugar as they usually have artificial chemically added sweeteners. The Atlantic Salmon is farmed here, dye added and shipped to China and then sent back. Look in the freezer section for the Wild Caught Salmon from Alaska, no dye and packaged in the US. Aldi's is bringing in healthier choices for chips baked in Avocado oil , coconut or extra virgin olive oil.
Hi new to your vlog~love it!~very informative Ty~lm in Western Ky~We were not hit as hard~lt's still snowing~Estimating 4" + today but very cold out~my son lives not far from me~He & his wife pick up my grocs/help me alot~lm blessed!~yall stay safe!😊❤
We had a lot of melting in N.Central KY yesterday, but here is more snow, coming in later than they expected. I'm cooking, waiting to see what happens.
I used to love shopping at Kohl's but the last several years the quality of their clothes went way down and prices kept going up so I quit buying there. Sad to see them go, wish they had just kept their standards up.
Oh my I went to get eggs two weeks ago the egg were $ 2.94 on 1/6 /25 eggs are 6.99 cage free are 12.99 😮 I told my son we won't be eating eggs for a while but for baking I can use flaxseed in place of eggs im in California.
If you love salad like I do all types of salads I make, you gotta try Asian salad dressing from Tucson it’s my favorite my guy. I gotta get a ride to Aldis l, we don’t have one in n the island here so I have to shop at Kroger if I don’t get a ride and Krogers most of the time and it is too expensive. I prefer local meat markets if I’m buying meat. Thanks I’m a new subscriber you go to the stores I shop at. Becareful in that snow. ❤
Once you understand which food ingredients are modified, you will realize it's in just about everything. Doesn't matter which store you buy from. We have all been eating it for 30 years anyway. Now some of the products are labeled by law. They weren't before.
Hey, so I saw a video where they spoke about Meijer meats. They were saying the quality was really bad. Can you do a video about the Meijer meat products ? We don't have a Meijers out here in NC. But, I have family in Michigan. So just curious on your thoughts about Meijers.
I have never had a problem with Meijer meats. Their 80/20 ground beef is very good. I like their chicken. Around Christmas we get their ham when it is on sale. It's always good. No complaint with their meat at all.
My hubbt just came home from Aldi, eggs were $4.59 a dozen & limit 1 doz., outrageous. We are 35 miles east of Pittsburgh.Aldi isn't much of a bargain any longer.
I almost didn't watch this today because of the title. However, we're going to town today so will stop in at Aldi for sure. In my mind I'm now re-titling this video "Shockingly GOOD prices at Aldi!"

Yes we are fortunate to buy from the Amish. Eggs and veggies.
I won't pay that much. But, I don't have a car, so shopping at a farm is near impossible.
Drive 40 miles for eggs. Not worth the time or gas. Grace
@@johnglad5 that's your drive, not ours. Grace
My Aldi has a 2 carton limit as well, 3.97 each. I go to Lidl.

St. Louis is a mess this morning with the snow. Gotta stay in. Thanks for the walk through. It's always appreciated ❤
Thanks for the rundown, although nothing there shocked me in the least.
I am always amazed that you remember prices the way you do!!! Top notch job!
Just subscribed. You do a great job shopping!
I. Sipping on a cup of Aldi Peru grown coffee as I watch you today. I'm glad you survived your snowpocalypse!

We've gotcm 4 inches of snow and still counting here in northeast Mississippi!! The birthplace of Elvis Presley😊😊
I lived in Meridian and really miss that good southern cooking

Good Morning Danno and Jess❤❤❤
I got a chance to try Duke's I'm not impressed, I love my Hellmann's.
OK Indigirl, put you Duke’s up. I think Hellman’s is a sissy. I am Texan and Virginian.
Hi Indigirl...I also had a chance to try Duke's, but I love my Miracle Whip more than ANY mayo...😊 HaHaHa

Maybe you could just replace what you are using, or already used. Looks like prices are going to continue to rise. 😢
The donut store blend coffee at Aldi's is very good it is not bitter and it is very smooth also their instant coffee is very good😊

Thank you for the information on the Alaskan Salmon. I’ll be sure to lookout for the Wild Alaskan one .
For sure!! But good stuff can be found!
Good morning we got a lot bit of snow here in ga it’s supposed to be around 5-7 inches and tomorrow is gonna be back to normal

Great video
Another snowstorm? You guys are so lucky. Wish Minnesota would get some snow.
Keep fingers crossed, this incoming storm is supposed to have the "Cold" front with it. Good luck all.
Good morning. Meijer has their avocados $1 per bag on the 7 for 7. Also bags of potatoes for a dollar. I stocked up in the deals
Aldi yellow mustard is identical to French's
Good morning
Merci chocolates are fantastic! Karla in Cali.
I like that Arnald Palmer 12pk about the 8:14 mark on the left :)
Thank you for being so informative, I wish we had one in Texas
There are 128 Aldi stores in Texas!
Kohl's and Macy's announced more store closings today.
For those of you who like shopping the clearance/closing sales.
I used to love shopping at Kohl's but the last several years the quality of their clothes went way down and prices kept going up so I quit buying there. Sad to see them go, wish they had just kept their standards up.
Same in lacrosse,wis! Rising prices
Unbelievable 😮
Columbus, Ohio 1/9/25 eggs jumped to $4.58 for regular, $4.95 for the cage free. Glad I'm saving in other areas
Oh my I went to get eggs two weeks ago the egg were $ 2.94 on 1/6 /25 eggs are 6.99 cage free are 12.99 😮 I told my son we won't be eating eggs for a while but for baking I can use flaxseed in place of eggs im in California.
Hi Danno. Snow or ice coming here in SC.
We have Snow this morning. As forecasted, still coming down. Memphis shuts down in 1 inch. Our Kroger was stripped on Wed.

I thought prices were going to come down....not go up 🤔
Can't believe the prices,I don't think they will come down any time soon. We are just being raked over the coals.
Looking at these prices, I am glad I went carnivore.
challenge butter will be 3.99 reg 6.49 next week at kroger (next wed)
At my Aldi in NJ they have the organic vital life health shots. 1.49 ea.
8.79 for a dozen large eggs at Shoprite. Ridiculous. I only go there for sale items.
Dole fruit cups 4pk are 1.99 at kroger
Aldi's German Roasted Coffee is really good. It comes in Dark Roast or Medium Roast and is in "brick" form!
I haven't tried that coffee in a while. Maybe it's time. I have been loving their single origin Guatemala coffee. It's my fave!
I'm not sure if Aldi has a lot of bio engineered foods. I would have to check their labels.
We don't have Krogers here in Minnesota.
Once you understand which food ingredients are modified, you will realize it's in just about everything. Doesn't matter which store you buy from.
We have all been eating it for 30 years anyway. Now some of the products are labeled by law. They weren't before.
Definitely check labels. But there are also very good options.
We cannot get fresh avacados here at Nob Hill in the S. Bay California. All the avacados are rotten or near rotten. Sad.
Just heard from a friend in Garden Grove Ca and she said eggs are 12.99adozen and Costco is completely out.
I do not like happy farms cream cheese . Just doesn't taste like cream cheese.
Will not buy that cream cheese, it's awful, I bought it for a cheesecake once , ruined my cheesecake.
@conniemccollam2605 exactly
@conniemccollam2605 and I never buy the cheese by that brand

Every chip, cereal and cookie that I have bought from Aldi were stale. I like Aldi meats though.
New electric car battery at the price of the car itself????? Fire trap??? Insurance broker thieves?
I almost didn't watch this today because of the title. However, we're going to town today so will stop in at Aldi for sure. In my mind I'm now re-titling this video "Shockingly GOOD prices at Aldi!"
The Aldi didn't Open until 2pm yesterday that's the problem when you only have two employees I thought Germans were supposed to be pro worker rights?
Don’t waste your money on the Radiance dish soap! Stick to Dawn!
Pink salmon is not real salmon.
