The ATC can't see the whole runway from the tower. Usually landing planes stop in the middle of the runway and back track from there. But for some reason the plane decided to go all the way to the end, maybe to check if there are nice girls on the beach 😎 Had he stopped in the middle of the runway as they usually do most probably the DHL plane wouldn't have to go around. Since the ATC can't see the whole runway they had no idea where the landing plane was and was relyingon the DHL pilot to abort landing if the plane was still on the runway.
@@marek0101 I also don't know that it's really the 182's fault or his problem for that matter. He turned around at the 1,000 foot markers. When you're on a runway it's your runway. I don't see that he really did anything wrong here.
