Got one in my 2010 V6. Took about an hour to install. I had to setup the steering wheel buttons. You only need a 7mm socket and a plastic panel tool. Everyone that sees it says it looks factory.

Second question would be are you able to do the long press on System Info to get that sub menu option? I for some reason can not access that.

Are these just not used with this? Your video cuts off just as it got to that part.
When ordering did u choose the option to keep oem radio as in does it come built in the touch screen or remove oem radio , I want to take of the old one I had and junk it

I’d say check ur connections first, also try key on engine off and see if u hear that buzzing noise if u don’t then that’s just engine noise coming off the alternator. I myself experience the noise but only when I’m typing something on the keyboard or when I’m using Apple car play

Hello brother, this still me different account. If you are talking about the small connector that connects on the faceplate. I recently got a new mustang and got another screen for it. That small connect does not connect anywhere on the aftermarket screen all HVAC controls will be controlled through a canbus box
Question, did you have any issues with connecting this unit to your AMP? The Shop told me last week that they can't install this unit without me buying AMP conversion kit because my current Kicker AMP's won't work with the Phoenix Automotive Tesla Screen PX6 ANDROID 10.1

I want to be able to listen to radio with key in first position like it worked before install. You can shut off car and listen to radio without having all lights lit up in dash
Unfortunately this was an issue I came across as well. After talking to all these companies and doing bunch of research. Its not doable unless u wire the radio to always be on and have some kind of switch to turn it off
First of all thank you, but I am not sure their website says “most vehicles backup cameras are retainable” I did not see any extra plugs for the camera on my kit. But I’d say upgrade ur camera to a high definition one since Ford doesn’t do a good job with them.

It means to either keep your radio module or not. If you decide to keep it you’d have to relocate everything into the tunnel of the radio. Although if you have the factory touchscreen or your factory radio is broken you can not decide to keep the oem radio

@@YungPoppa23 I’m sorry I miss read that, I have a premium also, with the screen I required harness for the screen then there was one for the shaker system to connect the subs, there was an obd connector that I didn’t use, and bunch of other connectors for different stuff like back up camera.
I did not get a dongle I had them build it into the screen. But if you were to get a dongle you’d just plug it into one of the USBs that come out the screen and download the app that comes with it
Yes you can just make sure to select the right settings also first time they sent it , it took over a month then they decided it was lost so they sent another one which took 5 days
You over the center console compartment start lifting on the center piece from there. It will all unclip as one piece. Then you can remove the radio face with two 7 mm screws and the rest are just clips
They send it to you without navigation. A navigation without navigation they don't tell you that you have to use offline maps that last 2 days and you have to constantly connect to internet to reload this is not a navigation unit it I'd pretty but cheap.

Hey, i am considering buying one, but the screen itself looks extremely cheap. Like, the cheapest screens they used for fake iPhones back in 2012. Even when it's disabled, it has gray color, meh. But I also understand that camera probably can't provide truly colors and feel of using it. So, could you please comment how does it look in comparison with modern mobile phones, for instance. And what's matrix is that?..
To be frank with u, you almost described the screen it self. It does looks cheap and it leaves a gray color when it’s off. Even when it’s on and u look at it from a side the screen discolors . This screen may not look like the iPhone screen but let me let u it’s very responsive. I hope this helps
I’ve had it for about a month, I did have a small issue they sent me updates and told me if it doesn’t work to request a replacement. However the service kinda sucks but people don’t understand when they reply it’s a different time zone. So far it’s been good I will do a video later.
I don't recommend it, bad quality i bought two gens of it and I'll need to buy some good quality head unit now, save your money and look for something else

Maybe ground wire not properly grounded... More than likely it's wiring

It should work I had the shaker system on mine. Idk if u already ordered yours but they ask u to send a picture of everything before they send one out

Did u buy the carplay wireless usb dongle for it to be wireless? If so where does that plug in at?

It plugs into the USB port near the back right of the unit. It's a passthrough for the main USB port.
