My technician installed a subwoofer and unplugged the back up camera he plugged it back in and now it says no signal, is there something I need to do in the settings? Thanks
Idk I guess its worth it for if you don't have bluetooth but I really don't see the need for all the extra features since they don't really work too well.
I have two problems and I've tried everything, maybe you ran into these too. First, the date/time resets to 11:09pm January 3rd every time I start the car. Even if I reset and change the settings. Second, it will connect to wifi but none of the apps are connecting. Google says no internet.
I just installed mine everything was working with sound and connects,but now I have no sound with my Apple CarPlay it shows the song playing on my phone but no sound
Just installed this for my wife and she loves it. 2 things. Did you notice a crackly noise In the speakers just in the Bluetooth mode? When it plug the cord up to the phone and hook up that way there’s no noise like that. It’s just when your hooked up through Bluetooth. And also did you hook a aftermarket amp up since the shaker system had one built in?
Hi mate, I bought the screen and it’s amazing but I’m having issues with one thing, climate control ( it doesn’t work ) when I go through your setup I choose yema LO but then there is an issue I don’t have mustang HI or mustang LO option… I’m using Clayton screen, any clue what’s up?
From the camera along the side of the trunk, through the back seats underneath the trim that’s in the door jam through under the dash into the back of the radio

@@dmitriyskvirskiy9810 to be honest with u it’s been a year since I worked on that radio I don’t have that car anymore. But if u are talking about the every small connector smaller than the size of a pinky. On the original radio it was for all the buttons I’m it sure what it does for the new one

But the other is a quick setting to change music from whatever ur play. It would usually say other when u have Apple car play in use. But if u have Bluetooth Or radio play that “other” would change

Mustang does not carry 12v switch wire in the harness of the car ,so on the touch screen harness its the red wire ,cut that ,run a jumper wire to the kick panel.fuse box,run it to fuse #41,you now will have power with key in acc position, and when you shut it off ,it stays on till you open your door ,just like factory,in exchange i need to know how to add the tachometer and the speedo to the screen ,lol also like to know how to add pictures to put my car to the home screen

Since you’ve installed the back up camera does the audio still cut off when you put the car in reverse?
Yes it does and that is in one of the settings if you would like to turn it off

Does this only have am fm radio? Is it possible to use satellite radio on this unit?
If you are referring to SiriusXM. This unit does not support it, you’d have to download the app and connect the head unit to internet to listen

Sound quality is poor on these units. My bass is nonexistent. Any ideas how to fix?
I added amp and two 8” pretty cheap pyle subs. Sounds great

Try the “mustang low”and “mustang high” in the settings

The static I get it from Apple car play or radio. It’s just the radio cheaply made

How did you install the rear camera?
There’s a video signal plug at the radio and to power the camera I used backup light harness
