I’ve only been in the hobby for a few years (and only had a tank set up for about 14 months), so take this with a grain of salt-I’m also US-based-but the general knowledge floating around as I was researching was that you can generally have hammers and frogspawn relatively proximal, but that torches don’t play nicely with anybody else, including other Euphyllia. That’s the understanding I’ve operated under, anyway, and so far have found it to be a pretty safe rule. My experience is admittedly limited, though!
@@douglasachaiba7885 That's incorrect. You might want to do some research. Everyone is saying Hammers and frogspawns are fimbraphyllia and torch is euphyllia.
@@sandyraymondlowewong9705 you are right. I double checked... some people are messing up the classification in their videos. Thanks for clearing that up.

I will also be following that rule now, it's just too risky otherwise.
Its been known for awhile that torches sting everything
You cannot keep torches w/ hammers and frogspawn. Hammers are frogspawn are classified as fimbriphyllia while torches are euphyllia.
This is incorrect. Hammer and frogspawn is euphyllia and torch is fimbraphylia
