Thank you so much for a very informative video. Love your green friend. I had one too back in the day until he was sunbathing and somehow got out and flew away. Thank you from South Carolina!!!!
Reefing is pretty simple. I was growing sps within my first 18 mos to 2 years. That was back in 2010. We live in the information age. A little research goes a long way.
How is your lighting and flow? after you have those 2 sorted pretty well, you can start trying to aim for stability in your parameters I would be testing them daily to begin with and then weekly after you have nailed it.
not happy with the lighting. using a kessil tuna blue 360x and I dont know enough about lighting to be reasonably sure what I have set is the best, and kessil is terrible at offering suggestions for using their lights.@@TidepoolAquatics
It's not easy it's a lot of learning and if implemented correctly you can have some smooth sailing here and there. Newer reefers should NOT be giving advice in this hobby

Great info 👍🏽. Very reassuring for a new reefer.

I wonder why nothing in my tank seems to be growing after 6 months.... nothing is dying, my zoas seem to have gotten kind of drab though....
