If they're on different levels what you do is first assess what the level the entire group is on mostly and teach on that grade level. For example, you have 5 readers in your group but 3 out of 5 of them are reading on the same grade level while the other to aren't, and then you supplement the rest of the material for the other 2 clients who aren't reading on grade level. How do we give students access to the assessments and materials from the portal on varsity tutors?
Or do they just make their own accounts and send the results to us??
I think you could create an account for them. Or you could just generate it on your laptop and let them take it on there.

lol oh no problem! you should be able to. If not they're other free websites like that one where you can track the data.
How do you use Varsity Tutor assessments if you not one of their tutors?
I just downloaded the free assessments that were there on the site.
