Get a 100 power and 200 power microscope pull hairs and look for demodex foliculorum mites... that's what I had for 7 years... only 1 Doctor I have seen knows what this is .... ivermectin creame kills larvae and adults can take up to 3 months to kill off and other people will reinfest you... at age 50 50 percent of people have this... ....do research on NIH website... sucks that doctors are poorly educated and are trained to push pills and things that create future business thru side effects ....

    Avoid stress and heat.
Stay cool, relax (avoid sweating) and moisturize. Use vaseline or similar to seal in moisture.
Neurodermatitis a genetically inherited autoimmune reaction of your body (aka your body overreacting to something in your environment and attacking itself like a self-allergy). You can't outgrow it. Sorry to break it to you but its a life time condition that will flare up again with the right triggers like heat and stress. You might get a short reprieve when it calms down but don't worry it'll be back. Its a life time worth of itching.
In an emergency antihistamines and an atopical application of a bag of frozen peas or similar can relieve temporarily. Most have it in conjunction with hayfever, so avoid going out (in spring/late summer in my case) when pollen count is high or cover up all effected skin area, antihistamines, wearing mask FFP2 grade and having an air purifier helps in those times.
Typically it flares up as you get sleepy. The change in your body temperature may trigger it. Wear cloth gloves for sleep to avoid unconsciously scratching. Avoid touching the skin with your hands unless you've washed it with soap and disinfected it. Your hands touch a lot of surfaces and those pathogens can cause an infection, which doesn't help your skin. Also hands can be sweaty. Sweat can cause minor irritation.
I have a prescription salve containing 1mg/g Tacrolismus. I apply it twice a day. Once before bed and once in the morning. Once the salve has worked in, I seal it off with vaseline or similar depending on the day.
    Kinda my experience so far.
How do you do? Tips to share?😉

Good discovery.. essential oils help as well. Try sniffing rosemary or peppermind while you feel itch! It miraculously goes away. So the treatment i gathered it
1: Stress relief exercise or medidation
    2 hydration
3 use of essential oils and aromatherapy
    4 oil free moisturizing

I have itching problem on my balls since 2008. A dermatologist last year told me I have neurodermititis. When I apply moisturiser on my balls daily it stays in control. Sometimes nights are sleepless because of itching. I put some songs on which relaxes my mind and hence I get some sleep. Whenever I feel stressed, itching starts chronically.

Steroid ointment is not really a good option - it thins the skin and most doctors don't monitor the amount or period of time it is being used

We know that’s not true because vaccines is too broad a term. Which vaccine? Is that vaccine MRNA or directly sourced from whichever virus DNA they’ve studied? Is there a history of that issue in your family? Stop blaming vaccines for things that clearly they don’t or can’t cause in vague terms like that. It’s harmful to the actual useful function of vaccines.
