    This interview to me seems like old & outdated info from the 1980s. Very “politically correct” comments, no mention of benefits of protein, what artificial sweetners (suggested not to be used by WHO in summer 2023) do to your gut microbiom. This series is very below avg, unfo I wasnt expecting such poor content from DW. I suggest you watch Dr Ben Bikman, Dr William Li and Dr Jason Fung to better educate yourself about your health.
