I forgot to mention in the middle of the smelting process when the charge was fully melted I added 10 grams of Soda Ash into the mix to help it thin. The reason I add it in at that time is to prevent boil overs. I want to thank each of you for being here and keep living the dream.

Very awesome. I cant wait till my jaw crusher gets here. the roasting defiantly makes it easier on the crushers to process and reduces wear. not bad for coming from 20 pounds. keep up the awesome work

Remember to keep those bearings greased. One note, when I got mine, the belt that came with it were too small and burned up within the first 20 minutes of use. I ordered new belts from Amazon 1 inch bigger so I could have some slack in the belt. That solve the problem. Hopefully you won’t have that issue. Take care, my brother and keep living the dream.

I don't know if you know this or not brother but the highest grade of ore is black. Red is also good too but the highest of all the ore is black and really heavy
