Thank you for your video but following your demo, the clock seems okay, the lights bulbs too but I can't start anymore my engine and it lights up again only if I disconect the black wire set behind the ignition switch... but.. the RPM counter becomes non functionnal.. What could be the problem ? Another thing, in the video, at 6:53 appear behind your rally Pac, two non connected red wires with green plugs. What do they are for and why don't you mention them ? In fact do not understand how is feeded the RPM gauge.
I have a 1970 F 100 that I am installing one of these rally pack in. Can you please tell me exactly what wire you are hooking up to or what is that threaded rod connected to? when you put the wire on the back of the ignition? Is that a ground to the switch? Just trying to figure out what wire that would correlate to in my f100 ignition.
I think the problem some people are having is the Title of Vid. says it is for a 1966 (five dial standard equipment) but instructions given are for a 1965 (Falcon style) dash cluster. Wiring is similar but very different!

Would love to have this in my 66 coupe, but I cant justify the $400 price tag, not when I can go to the nearest auto parts store and pick one up for $35, install in less than an hour, and it works just fine. Once again, Scott Drake is gouging the customers for an "original" reproduction part.
If you are happy with the look of an inexpensive aftermarket tach then by all means go that direction, this is not a cheap part to reproduce and for someone looking for a rally pac, it is far cheaper than an original.

Will this rally pac connect to the H.E.I. tach wire without problems or be blown up?
Does it have led lighting in it?

The lights on mine turn on when I use my signal lights pack flashes off and on what did I didn't wrong
