is the cooldown on shock glyph 4s or 5s
Hardening procs gear and items that proc when you apply a shield - Frost Enchant unfortunately does not proc Winterborn set (reported as bug).

For sure for sure. I just feel like shock and poison outperforms in all scenarios I wish they would make that glyph similar to the elemental glyphs but do extra damage to undead and daedra, that would make it the meta though lol
Absorb Stamina procs minor breach so... it's a double dip - you basically get crusher+damage+resources.
