This seems to be working for me. Before I had no will or energy to do even the simplest of tasks but just after like 4 days of not y'know or so I am feeling much better and able to do things easier. I experienced 60 days of retention, and I felt much more energy into my body, physically and mentally. However, I was feeling much more stressed also, with everything and everyone. God and Covid have started a change in me. Watching this video is also helping me. I’m on day 6 and am encouraged to keep going by all of you! Thanks to all including this guy who made the video for sharing your results. I was thinking how we are in a cycle of bad habits which we chose on a daily basis. About a month later, I restarted, intending another 90. By the 60-day point, I was really into it and was excited to go much longer than 90, so I promised myself at least a year in total. In the mid part of my year, I was realizing that I could stay off porn forever; but as the year neared its end, whether I was really willing to give up masturbation for good remained an open question. The trouble with any goal of fixed duration is that it invites regression once it's reached. At the end of my promised year, I decided to just chill and see what would happen. By day 370, I felt that I had nothing left to prove, so I made a conscious decision to resume some occasional porn-free masturbation, but I've never used porn again. Retention taught me more about myself in 2 months than the past 21 years. Also I feel super in control of myself, never did I know such control was even feasible. My logic was everything external to me is out of my control however I am able to control myself, I will be the best at controlling myself.

I pondered on this as a professional athlete and this is what the pro docs tell me: Olympic training coach Mike Young, PhD, said - "A lot of it comes down to this notion that a man's vigor is in his sperm, and the theory would be that by abstaining from sexual activity you somehow keep testosterone high or even increase it," Young said. "That's completely refuted by the research." It was found that popping the P in the V actually increases testosterone, so can somewhat help with performances, only if it's not within two hours of that event starting. There are quite a bit of studies on this and what they all ultimately said is, it comes down to whether a person feels like they can or not. The biggest culprit to poor health and unproductively is when these intimate physical activities are used as a means of escaping responsibility, and the bad habits that are usually attached. 4 months retention no weed alcohol or porn. I have no control over my emotions and I get angry and irritated at the smallest things. I know the retention is working, since I don't give into my urges, and I have more of a direct purpose, but I keep not being able to take action, to pursue what I want in my life, and I don't have the capacity for meaningful connection, since I am horrified of opening up to anyone. I just want write this, to the highlight the fact that this is not some magical cure, that'll guarantee a better life, if you do the steps necessary. Shit is very complicated out there, and what works for some people, may not work for others. If you're still reading this, I wanna say I believe in you, whatever you do, I know what's in your heart is gonna work for you. Feel free to make whatever decision feels right for you.
You can do it one a month to not be that frustrating and still quit weed alcohol and porn at the same time, do exercise when you feel angry or start reading good books and meditate to be less irritated, sure something i say to you helps you a little
Sorry to hear that. I can say that whenever i clear bad energy in my life, i become more sensitive. Situations in life repeat until you master them? So what these episodes could be are situations in your life that have arisen time and again, but you previously numbed yourself to with the use of drugs or porn. Now that you are feeling them 100% it’s unpleasant but at least you are courageous enough to face them head on now! Work remains to be done but I hope that this may help you understand why you are feeling your emotions more intensely now that you have quit these numbing habits.
1 week in, going strong. Day 12: God damn. I got nothing but sex and porn of my mind since waking up. Not enough to make me cave I don't think. Luckily I got people staying over at the house at the moment. Felt nothing yesterday though. Curious how the next few days and week 3 are gonna be. Day 17: Occasional urges but nothing major. I haven't noticed any changes in my energy but my mood has really improved. I normally have a really big appetite but that seems to have completely dropped off. I'm nowhere near as hungry now. Also my thinking seems to a lot more clear than it was before. I have an easier time looking at situations objectively and spend less time dwelling on stuff that would normally give me anxiety. Day 21: Can't believe I made it 3 weeks. Don't know how I did it but I feel so proud of myself. My mood and general thinking patterns are great right now. Even though I'm not feeling any more energetic during my day to day than before I've started waking up almost 2 hours earlier than usual. I've been getting roughly 5-5.5 hours of sleep per night but I don't feel any less for it. It's like I just don't need as much sleep anymore. The urges unfortunately are getting stronger (though after getting this far there's no way I'd give in now) The most dangerous time is first thing in the morning. I had a sexual fantasy recently when I woke up (not willingly either, my brain just started directing a movie on its own) where I was doing the deed with a girl (no one I know, just someone my mind made up) never happened before but I didn't give in to it. I'm waiting for that phase when I can control the urges better. Right now just the sight of a girls bare shoulder gets my heart racing. Day 28: This past week has been a rollercoaster. That phase Cole describes where I'll have better control over my urges can't come soon enough. Even the smallest stimulus now gets me thinking and feeling all the dirty stuff. About 4 nights ago I went to bed and the sexual thoughts just wouldn't stop. When I woke up it was the same thing, just constant sexual thoughts, fantasies etc. Past few days have been better but I've taken more care to avoid anything arousing. I didn't bother before because I thought finding some sexy pics online and learning to ignore it would be better for me but now I feel like I have to avoid them. Other than that my confidence has been great lately. I don't feel the energy boost anymore (meaning I get sleepy pretty often again) and that's a damn shame but I think it might've transferred into my mental energy instead of my physical. Few weeks ago I had it in both so I don't know why the benefits seem to be dwindling. Day 31: Holy shit. I got my wish. My urges have dropped off so hard. I hardly think about porn and sex. Any sexual fantasies I have are short and pretty tame. I don't crave porn. I don't feel much when I come across sexy pics. Even morning wood hasn't been very serious. I think I need to give more credit to the mental energy I've had lately. I'm wittier, more confident, more enthusiastic, less awkward. This thing took a month but I'm finally seeing what makes it work so well. I was aiming to do this for 100 days but I think I'm gonna keep going until the benefits dwindle. Day 41: Been a while but there isn’t much new to say. Personal life has been tiring and stressful lately but I don’t think I’d be handling it as calmly as I am if not for SR. I shudder at the idea of dealing with some of these things without it. Day 50: Every week or so I get a sudden boost in energy where I wake up super early and feel great throughout the day. I’m a lot more motivated and productive. Before I would watch days go by without doing anything but now I get frustrated if I don’t do something productive each day. I’m dealing with stress in my personal life really well, not overthinking or making any rash decisions. Day 60: I seriously made it this far, wow. For some reason things have gone full circle and the urges have come back strong. First thing in the morning is when it’s most difficult. No way I’ll give up after going this far though. I wonder if it’ll get worse or go back to how it was for the past few weeks. I’m really grateful to this thing though, I’ve had some awkward encounters lately with people I don’t know that well and I’ve been able to brush them off right as they happened. Before I started doing this I would dwell and self loathe for being so socially inept. SR has become more of a lifestyle than a particular thing that I’m doing. Day 71: I think this'll be the last of these. The urges have settled back down again. It's only first thing in the morning where I have trouble. Everything else is the same and I think I've just gotten used to the benefits at this point. No real need for new updates as far as I can see, if some new change does happen I'll note it down though. I'm extremely grateful to Cole for introducing me to this practice though, it's been life changing and has really helped me handle a really stressful past few months and will be crucial for dealing with a very stressful next few months too. I did this for 30 days (sadly gave up when I fell ill for a week and did it out of boredom). But those 30 days, I was happy af, especially after like day 7. The gym is a major part of my life, and due of injuries and illness I haven’t been able to go for 4 months. So I was so happy while doing this WITHOUT the gym! So I can’t imagine how good I’m gonna feel when I can do it all. I felt so productive, waking up with purpose, more discipline in my work. I experienced 60 days of retention, and I felt much more energy into my body, physically and mentally. However, I was feeling much more stressed also, with everything and everyone. My mind was in an obsessed hurry for "success" and I easily lost the point of balance in my life.
It was 3 years ago, since then I've been studying and practicing more about spiritual technics of sexual transmutation, it's been helpful. The reason why I was in a such stressful period with that is that I wasn't being able to deal with my sexual repressions (repression and libertinage are both sides of the same coin) and I was being incapable to simply relax and accept that sexual energy bubbling inside my body. It stopped there in my genitals and I couldn't allow it to climb up through my body.
My tip is: Learn to breathe and dance with this energy, and retention will become a natural consequence. Don't react to the urge, breathe with it. Just observe and allow this energy to be there, without identification or denial.
This was me but I was only hustling because I was broke. For the last 3 years I worked almost everyday to save money.
It's best when you don't chase all these material things. We need to have a work life balance

Retention taught me more about myself in 2 months than the past 21 years. Also I feel super in control of myself, never did I know such control was even feasible. This is an interesting topic. Thanks for sharing. I've been abstinent, active, on retention and now married where sky's the limit haha. I pondered on this as a professional athlete and this is what the pro docs tell me:
Olympic training coach Mike Young, PhD, said - "A lot of it comes down to this notion that a man's vigor is in his sperm, and the theory would be that by abstaining from sexual activity you somehow keep testosterone high or even increase it," Young said. "That's completely refuted by the research." It was found that popping the P in the V actually increases testosterone, so can somewhat help with performances, only if it's not within two hours of that event starting.
There are quite a bit of studies on this and what they all ultimately said is, it comes down to whether a person feels like they can or not. The biggest culprit to poor health and unproductively is when these intimate physical activities are used as a means of escaping responsibility, and the bad habits that are usually attached. Drinking, staying up late, being sneaky, being obsessed and others.

4 months retention no weed alcohol or porn. I have no control over my emotions and I get angry and irritated at the smallest things. I know the retention is working, since I don't give into my urges, and I have more of a direct purpose, but I keep not being able to take action, to pursue what I want in my life, and I don't have the capacity for meaningful connection, since I am horrified of opening up to anyone. I just want write this, to the highlight the fact that this is not some magical cure, that'll guarantee a better life, if you do the steps necessary. Shit is very complicated out there, and what works for some people, may not work for others. If you're still reading this, I wanna say I believe in you, whatever you do, I know what's in your heart is gonna work for you. Feel free to make whatever decision feels right for you.
You can do it one a month to not be that frustrating and still quit weed alcohol and porn at the same time, do exercise when you feel angry or start reading good books and meditate to be less irritated, sure something i say to you helps you a little

I can say that whenever i clear bad energy in my life, i become more sensitive. Situations in life repeat until you master them? So what these episodes could be are situations in your life that have arisen time and again, but you previously numbed yourself to with the use of drugs or porn. Now that you are feeling them 100% it’s unpleasant but at least you are courageous enough to face them head on now! Work remains to be done but I hope that this may help you understand why you are feeling your emotions more intensely now that you have quit these numbing habits.

1 week in, going strong.
Day 12: God damn. I got nothing but sex and porn of my mind since waking up. Not enough to make me cave I don't think. Luckily I got people staying over at the house at the moment. Felt nothing yesterday though. Curious how the next few days and week 3 are gonna be.
Day 17: Occasional urges but nothing major. I haven't noticed any changes in my energy but my mood has really improved. I normally have a really big appetite but that seems to have completely dropped off. I'm nowhere near as hungry now. Also my thinking seems to a lot more clear than it was before. I have an easier time looking at situations objectively and spend less time dwelling on stuff that would normally give me anxiety.
Day 21: Can't believe I made it 3 weeks. Don't know how I did it but I feel so proud of myself. My mood and general thinking patterns are great right now. Even though I'm not feeling any more energetic during my day to day than before I've started waking up almost 2 hours earlier than usual. I've been getting roughly 5-5.5 hours of sleep per night but I don't feel any less for it. It's like I just don't need as much sleep anymore. The urges unfortunately are getting stronger (though after getting this far there's no way I'd give in now) The most dangerous time is first thing in the morning. I had a sexual fantasy recently when I woke up (not willingly either, my brain just started directing a movie on its own) where I was doing the deed with a girl (no one I know, just someone my mind made up) never happened before but I didn't give in to it. I'm waiting for that phase when I can control the urges better. Right now just the sight of a girls bare shoulder gets my heart racing.
Day 28: This past week has been a rollercoaster. That phase Cole describes where I'll have better control over my urges can't come soon enough. Even the smallest stimulus now gets me thinking and feeling all the dirty stuff. About 4 nights ago I went to bed and the sexual thoughts just wouldn't stop. When I woke up it was the same thing, just constant sexual thoughts, fantasies etc. Past few days have been better but I've taken more care to avoid anything arousing. I didn't bother before because I thought finding some sexy pics online and learning to ignore it would be better for me but now I feel like I have to avoid them. Other than that my confidence has been great lately. I don't feel the energy boost anymore (meaning I get sleepy pretty often again) and that's a damn shame but I think it might've transferred into my mental energy instead of my physical. Few weeks ago I had it in both so I don't know why the benefits seem to be dwindling.
Day 31: Holy shit. I got my wish. My urges have dropped off so hard. I hardly think about porn and sex. Any sexual fantasies I have are short and pretty tame. I don't crave porn. I don't feel much when I come across sexy pics. Even morning wood hasn't been very serious. I think I need to give more credit to the mental energy I've had lately. I'm wittier, more confident, more enthusiastic, less awkward. This thing took a month but I'm finally seeing what makes it work so well. I was aiming to do this for 100 days but I think I'm gonna keep going until the benefits dwindle.
Day 41: Been a while but there isn’t much new to say. Personal life has been tiring and stressful lately but I don’t think I’d be handling it as calmly as I am if not for SR. I shudder at the idea of dealing with some of these things without it.
Day 50: Every week or so I get a sudden boost in energy where I wake up super early and feel great throughout the day. I’m a lot more motivated and productive. Before I would watch days go by without doing anything but now I get frustrated if I don’t do something productive each day. I’m dealing with stress in my personal life really well, not overthinking or making any rash decisions.
Day 60: I seriously made it this far, wow. For some reason things have gone full circle and the urges have come back strong. First thing in the morning is when it’s most difficult. No way I’ll give up after going this far though. I wonder if it’ll get worse or go back to how it was for the past few weeks. I’m really grateful to this thing though, I’ve had some awkward encounters lately with people I don’t know that well and I’ve been able to brush them off right as they happened. Before I started doing this I would dwell and self loathe for being so socially inept. SR has become more of a lifestyle than a particular thing that I’m doing.
Day 71: I think this'll be the last of these. The urges have settled back down again. It's only first thing in the morning where I have trouble. Everything else is the same and I think I've just gotten used to the benefits at this point. No real need for new updates as far as I can see, if some new change does happen I'll note it down though. I'm extremely grateful to Cole for introducing me to this practice though, it's been life changing and has really helped me handle a really stressful past few months and will be crucial for dealing with a very stressful next few months too. Thanks Cole.

I did this for 30 days (sadly gave up when I fell ill for a week and did it out of boredom). But those 30 days, I was happy af, especially after like day 7. The gym is a major part of my life, and due of injuries and illness I haven’t been able to go for 4 months. So I was so happy while doing this WITHOUT the gym! So I can’t imagine how good I’m gonna feel when I can do it all. I felt so productive, waking up with purpose, more discipline in my work. 11:50? That’s plateauing.. it’s when the effects of retention stop, for lack of a better word. That’s a good point to unload, and start over. Me personally? I practice retention, and unload every 15 or so days. It’s different for everybody, when they’ll start to feel the effects of the “stop”, I guess is what I’ll call it. So pay attention to yourself, and see when you’ll notice it hit. That’s usually a good point to release, and start over. Like I said, I’ll usually go for about 15 days before ejaculating and starting over. Sometimes I’ll go 30 days, then get back to my usual once every 15 days habits. I hope this is helpful for y’all. Keep pushing!
