I watched this when you first posted this video, I just forgot to leave a comment! So currently every meal of the day is a struggle for us, especially me. I was diagnosed with post partum depression, I now take Zoloft, and it's been helping some. I went from 173lb when I gave birth 7 months ago, but now I'm down to 117lb because I've been struggling to eat so much. Your channel has truly been a joy for me. I would love your cookbooks to help motivate me to get back in the kitchen for my baby since she's now on solid foods. Congratulations on your beautiful baby boy. Thank you for reading.
Dinner is the hardest for me, I am a new nurse and a new momma. I can genuinely say I feel like I struggle with every meal but dinner is hands down the hardest. Especially after work. I can say I am so grateful for your content and constant inspo. Thank you for being you.❤️🫶🏼
Dinner is probably the hardest right now for my toddler! We’ve followed you when you were pregnant with Sage and I was also pregnant with my little one Evelyn and now I’m 5 months pregnant with my baby boy. So your videos have honestly helped me so much through newborn to toddler and now we get to do it again. Thank you so much for your videos! 🫶🏻
Dinner is the hardest for me. As I come from a country where typically bread is eaten for dinner, I find it bit harder to come up with a variety of ideas. Also, the ideas I come up with I typically make for lunch. Your videos are so helpful!! :) Thank you 🌻✨👍🏼
Our family struggles with Lunch/Dinner, my toddler has now also become more picky to add to the difficulty of what to make. I honestly think it's because I just don't have time to be creative, and confident about what to do. I love your work ❤ blessings to your family
Ugh dinner is so frustrating lately! All of a sudden, my toddler is refusing to eat the foods she used to love! I love the creative & healthy meals you come up with. Everything I give her is homemade, so I’m always looking for new ideas from you. She loved your smash cake recipe on her 1st birthday, too! Thanks for all you do & congratulations on the new addition to your beautiful family.
Thank you for your generosity, I’d say dinner is the hardest because I am exhausted. I’m a full time student with a 2 year old. My husband does not have a standard 9 to 5, it fluctuates and he’s usually home by 9 pm. Thank you Nicole, your channel is light fun and sooo informative.
Congratulations lady!! you won a free cookbook ✨ please send me your email address, and let me know your option of either The Toddler HealthNut Cookbook or The Baby HealthNut Cookbook!
Thank you Nicole for the video! This inspired me and gave me more ideas on prepping meals for my 3 year old. Breakfast meals that can keep room temperature for a few hours is the hardest for me at the moment as my kid wants to bring her breakfast to school and sometimes she eats it as snacks thought out the day.
Dinner is definitely the hardest for us! Our daughter is 14 months old and is a huge fan of breakfast. Making sure she’s getting some veggies and protein is very hard, and by the end of the day we’re all tired! Would love to test out your toddler recipes! Congrats on your little Oakley by the way! Such a beautiful family and so thrilled for you!
🙋🏻♀️ single sahm of an almost 3 year old & dinner has always seemed to be the hardest for us... She used to be really open to eating pretty much anything, but as she got older, she became extremely picky & very sensitive to textures... I try new things with what i know she loves, but it's still very hard to get full meals in.. it's usually just snacking & tons of yogurt 😩😩 this cookbook would be amazing in hopefully helping her become more comfortable with foods / textures- especially bc she's being considered for a early childhood school program🤞🏼 it would also be amazing to learn how to cook a more variety of foods for my lil one ❤
Having a non verbal daughter with severe autism and food aversions also with a cleft palate repair at 10 months old every meal is a challenge. Your baby book had a lot of great recipes and I would love to take my daughter on a journey of discovery through your toddler book. It would be exciting to see if any of them interests her. Thank you for your channel and another great video. Hope you are all enjoying your bonding time together 🙏🏼💗
Dinner is the hardest for me. I’ve always struggled with dinner even as a single person. I’m having to reparent myself and work on my own habits so my 19month can have a more balanced diet. I feel like these videos help me so much! I used to struggle with breakfast a lot too but searching TH-cam for ideas was how I found your videos!
The potatoes in the airfryer are INCREDIBLE, guys! Saves so much cooking time and you cut the amount of oil in more than half. Highly recommend. Only need to mix a couple of times while cooking.
Depends on their mood - sometimes it’s an easy day to eat , sometimes all meals are difficult. I like your videos because you show reality - cranky toddler refusing food, screaming, tips & tricks to meal prep
While all meals are challenging, dinner is the hardest for us for sure. After a long day of work and then trying to think of wholesome healthy foods my 18 month old will actually eat is such a challenge. She also get bored quickly so I am often having to try and change it up as much as possible and of course veggies...the struggle can be real!!!. Absolutely love your content. Thank you for all the effort you put into them.
I am going to grad school and my husband is working almost every day of the week/weekend, so we are pretty tired after our long days, lately it’s been hard to get dinner going but with recipes to follow help us to stay on track- we would LOVE the toddler cookbook because our 22 month old is kinda picky and definitely needs more of a variety in her life :)
Dinner is the hardest. Momma.back from work so tired , dont even have the energy to think what to cook. Your meal prep ideas help me so much to feed my kid. Thank you so much 🙏
Lunch is hard for us! I’m a stay at home mom and I really struggle coming up with healthy lunch options that my kiddos will eat! I would love to see what is in your toddler cook book cause all your recipes look so easy and tasty!!
I'm 36 weeks pregnant with our first and I can't wait to have my son help me in the kitchen 😍 currently lunch is the hardest for me to get on days I work. If I don't prep the night before I end up just going out and getting fast food. Definitely trying to get some postpartum meals ready for myself!
I have a 16 month old girl, pretty much for every meal I am struggling to include all protein veggies and carbs in a meal. Especially breakfast it has to be simple with all nutrients packed and she’s like sage don’t eat oatmeal. I have been following you since my baby started solids and all your videos were so helpful for me. Not only the recipe your live example of how you store them and how you feed sage has helped me a lot as a first time mom. Thank you!!
The hardest meal of the day for us would be lunch. My son normally wakes up starving after his nap and because of that he has no patience while I'm making his food. I've been watching your videos for a long time and you have inspired me to be more mindful of what I feed my baby and have opened my eyes to the unlimited possibilities. I would LOVE to have your Toddler cookbook.
Breakfast is the hardest for me since my toddler is refusing the easy things she used to love like homemade waffles and pancakes. This video is giving me a huge baby fever right now. What a blessing for you and your family!
Dinner is by far the hardest for us! My daughter is a couple of months younger than Sage, we watch you guys all the time for meal ideas, we love your vlogs too! We love you, thank you for being so real and for sharing with us! x x From your biggest fans
Lunch is the hardest for us!! I have twin daughters who are just starting to eat!! I’ve been watching you since you were commuting on the train to your job and would make healthy work lunches! And now we both have 2 babies each! Congratulations on your 2nd!
Breakfast is definitely our hardest! And ~cliche~ bur really the most important. I've noticed on the days where both my son and I actually eat a filling, well-balanced breakfast that everyone has a better day. But actually getting him to eat breakfast is such a challenge! Definitely want to try the waffles out.
Lunch is SO hard for us, I have a 2 year-old and by lunch time he tends to be very tired already and he also has little to no time to sit down and eat. So the days he is at daycare is a blessing for us because he eats way better there than at home. I have also never been good at eating lunch myself so making two cooked meals a day is a struggle for me. I'd love to get the toddler cook book, I need some inspiration to get my kid fed and happy.
Honestly, dinner is the hardest just because I work all day and get home right at dinner time. My little one is getting quite picky and trying to find something he likes without eating the same thing all the time has been a challenge. Your baby book has been wonderful!
I have 3 1/2 year-old twins my son eats well but my daughter is very picky, so I would say dinner is the hardest meal.. love, your videos, for that reason! Thanks for all the tips❤👍
I have a daughter almost the same age as Sage! She watches your videos with me and always says “Hi Sagey!” Breakfast is our hardest meal because, like Sage, my daughter isn’t a fan of most traditional breakfast foods! Love your channel and your cute family!!
Dinner is the hardest, it has to be quick, easy and nutritious at the same time for a really active toddler, always searching for ideas. 🙈 Love these recipes, great video, I watched it a couple of times already. ☺️ Sage is so cute, congrats on little Oakley too! 😊
I'm a new mom and dinner is the hardest! My baby doesn't let me put her down so it's hard to get things done. Thanks for the video! I'm definitely going to try these for my daughter! She needs variety.
OMGG!! i would love the toddler cookbook as my little girl is now 1yr & 3 months and I’ve been following you since the subway and what I eat in a day at work for lunch days 🥹❤️. I think lunch is the hardest for mee since I do big breakfast big dinner I feel like lunch sometimes is just a snack!😅
Definitely dinner. It’s hard to juggle cleaning and spending time with my oldest after school, the husband off of work, our 3 dogs, and cook. It’s nice when it’s just me and my youngest home. We have our routine down for the morning/ afternoon.
Toddler Please! Dinner is the hardest. My kids can be a bit picky and with two toddlers, my daughter eats everything but my son is a bit more picky so sometimes I end up making two things or getting stuck when he unexpectedly doesn’t like what I planned. 😮💨 Congratulations on baby #2! ❤️🎉
i’d say dinner is the hardest meal trying to get those veggies in there 😅 i was just thinking about how much i need healthy meals for my daughter !! she’s entering the toddler world so i’m so intrigued by these recipes 😍
My daughter could use this book. Dinner is a struggle for her as she is a single mom of two little ones. She works long hours and has very active children. I watch your videos and love them
Definitely lunch. My kid eats the same thing everyday for lunch. Cashew yogurt with Mashed banana and blueberries, hemp and chia seed and almond butter and a dash of cinnamon.
I struggle with dinner the most. I never know what to cook like ever ! To be honest , subscribing to your newsletter has been a game changer !! Thank you 😊 and love you for the weekly recipes ❤
Love your videos, Sage and my Son are close in age as he will be 2.5 years old next month. Congratulations on your son, how exciting this new adventure for you all will be. My son has always struggled to feed and we are finding that in the mornings we can get a breed product into him but Supper is where he loses interest in eating as he has come home from daycare and toys are more exciting. It feels too rushed to get home, get something ready for him, have him eat it and then hopefully he finishes it with enough time to play before bed. But I find toddler meals hard to figure out and that is what he liked yesterday, he doesn't like today or tomorrow. I am struggling and then adding another baby to the mix will through me over the edge lol. Now it is winter here in Canada and if roads are bad when I leave work it just adds that much more stress to it.
Me & my husband find dinner the most hardest meal. So worked up at the end of the day & brain almost fried don’t know what to cook. Thanks Nicole for sharing such recipes though we don’t have toddler at home now I find it really helpful & also heartiest congratulations on a new arrival Oakley ❤
DINNERRR! Dinner is def the hardest meal for us. My 22 months old daughter started out loving all the foods and eating everything and slowly as she entered toddlerhood, she started getting pickier and more selective. I love that she will still try something new but more times than not she will say she doesn't like it.
We used to have such a hard time with breakfast cause my daughter is really picky. But i will say that now we’re having a tougher time with lunch. 🤷🏻♀️ I really want to try the gummies recipe, it looks like something my daughter would really enjoy. Thank you for sharing these!
Breakfast seems most challenging however, family dinner ideas are probably the hardest. Love all your ideas for the littles and the bigs, lol. Love to you and yours!
Thanks for this video! Give me more idea to cook. The Hardest meal cooking for my toddler is Dinner, it's either a hit or miss, even if it's stuff he like. Sometimes he gets so picky.
I love all your videos, in our household dinner is the hardest, Healthunt cook book toddlers edition will be helpful to save time , so that I can have time with my kids.
Hello from Ukraine! I’m Nikole’s biggest fan, have not been missing a single video for two years now)) My 16 month old son struggles the most with breakfasts. And it’s the hardest meal for me also because this is the time I get ready my older daughter for the day. My son is veeery picky, I try something new every time and I’ve run out of ideas. Loved the nuggets recipe very much, will definitely try that.
Dinner is the hardest, I feel like I’m always playing catch up and by the time dinner is actually ready . It’s too late because my son (19months) is over tired at that point and just wants a bath and his milk 😢. I love all your videos!! ❤❤❤ thanks for the inspiration and great ideas 😍 love from NY
Dinner is the toughest because I’m tired after the day is done & need to prep in the morning & plan in order to get it done. These recipes are all seemingly senior friendly recipes too. ❤
Dinner is our hardest part I struggle with unless I have food prepped beforehand. I am 14 weeks pregnant and I’m always researching nutrient dense ideas to incorporate for my 20 month old.
Breakfast for us! Our 3 year old goes to daycare but since she needs a SLOW morning, we tend to give her breakfast at home which can sometimes be a hit or miss. So definitely looking for more ideas and more variety…especially foods that I can prep in advance to make the mornings go a bit smoother. Would LOVE the toddler cookbook!
Dinner is the hardest. Between extra curricular activities, sports, and 5 kids AND making something quick and healthy. It’s a lot. Meal planning helps a ton!
Dinner is the hardest. It's the most time consuming and hardest to find time for after workday. Yet, it needs to be very nutritious and delicious, which is a challenge. Your amazing free recepies come in handy🤌, but your book would be lifesaver in those times. ❤👩🍳
Thanks for sharing your experience and amazing recipes. With my nearly 18 month old, dinner is the hardest. Plus she is allergic to milk, almost all nuts, and eggs!
Breakfast is definitely the hardest meal for us since we are usually rushing out the door to get to school on time. Making those waffles and freezing them would make things so much easier!
Lunch is the hardest meal of the day, l pack the lunch boxes the night before and its such a drain coming up with options to pack. Everything you made looks fantastic for Adults and toddlers! 😊
Definitely dinner as I work full day then family gets home & not much time before early dinner...particularly in winter everyone has munchies earlier coz it gets dark early...
Most difficult for me it is kids lunch boxes for school :( I love your recipes🤩. your Cookbook is my first choice when I need an idea for meal. Thank you for your hard work!🤗
Oddly lunch is the hardest for us! When the chaos of the day starts finding time to calm down and eat lunch is really hard some days! Especially amidst naps with 2 under 2!!
Congratulations lady!! you won a free cookbook ✨ please send me your email address, and let me know your option of either The Toddler HealthNut Cookbook or The Baby HealthNut Cookbook!
Dinner is by the far the hardest I usually think he will eat a fair bit as his only picked small bits for lunch but no most the food goes on the floor 🫣 can't wait to see current videos with the new bub ❤
Hardest meal for my family during the week is dinner because of different work schedules and also different school/daycare pickup times for our three boys. So I usually do something in the crockpot or reheat a freezer meal to avoid takeout. Weekends are better tho with more time to cook and less hectic schedules.
Love this video! The carrot shredding advice makes sense! Dinner is the hardest because I’m simultaneously cooking a salted version for my husband and I. I don’t mind cold breakfasts, reheated meal prepped lunches but dinner I try to make something.
Dinner is the hardest with a 2 picky eaters in my family, my husband and my 2,5 year old! It`s becoming a real struggle... Thank you for the ideas, will try them.
Dinner is definitely the hardest! After a long day, the last thing I want to do is spend time cooking dinner. I’m 10 weeks pregnant so it could just be the fatigue talking 😂 I would completely love the toddler cookbook! I feel like I could also benefit from these little tricks.
Dinner is definitely the hardest. Waffles and pancakes are easy to prep for busy mornings, but after a long work day m, especially as a single Mama, it can be daunting to constantly have healthy nutrient dense dinners planned and/or prepped. Looking forward to making your nuggets! Thanks for all the inspo you always give. Congratulations on babe #2! ❤
Lunch and dinner. My husband is usually the one cooking but I have been learning a lot from your first cookbook. I’d love to have the Toddler cookbook next. My toddler is a picky eater but loves some of the recipes I cook from your cookbook
Hi! Follower from Norway here. Love your content. The hardest meal for us is lunch. My son is 23 months, and super active. Time flies buy from breakfast to lunch. I always feel stuck !
Lunch is always a struggle! I work from home with my 2.5 year old son and most days I just need some quick but of course I still want it to be nutritious. He’s so picky right now too he lives off chicken nuggets French fries and noodles 😂 but he’s been getting into helping me cook. Love all these recipes can’t wait to try some of them out with him! ❤
Dinner is the hardest, get home from work, try to take the dog on a walk when its dark out, cook food and running to the gym. No time
Meal prep in advance
or at least cook protein in bulk for the week to ease the process of make dinner each day.
Hope this helps!
I completely understand lady! I hope this video helped give you some ideas I also have so many more recipes in The Toddler HealthNut Cookbook
Dinner is the hardest for me, I am a new nurse and a new momma. I can genuinely say I feel like I struggle with every meal but dinner is hands down the hardest. Especially after work.

Dinner for sure! After work and the craziness of the day, I appreciate having healthy options I made ahead of time to just heat up 😅
The hardest meal of the day is dinner.Your recipes are just wow and am trying each one of it almost everyday.
You really know what to do when it comes to picky eaters! 👍🏻😊
The hardest meal of the day is lunch. My toddler doesn't want to sit down to eat lunch. There is so much to explore. 😊 I love recipes. Thank you. ❤
We love a snack plate for lunch lots of variety to pick from 😉
Definitely dinner! To get a well balanced meal that my toddler will eat and which is done early enough after we get home from work is challenging.
Honestly, dinner is the hardest just because I work all day and get home right at dinner time. My little one is getting quite picky and trying to find something he likes without eating the same thing all the time has been a challenge. Your baby book has been wonderful!
Thank you so much for the video and recipes in here! I would say, & my son just turned 1, I would say dinner is the harder of meals for my family!
All of them! But mostly dinner since I get home from work and I’m crunched for time to get dinner then bedtime routine on time
I have 3 1/2 year-old twins my son eats well but my daughter is very picky, so I would say dinner is the hardest meal.. love, your videos, for that reason! Thanks for all the tips❤👍

Dinner, during the witching hour (when toddler and baby are more prone to tantrums, its been a long day). Take out is very tempting.
Entered in the giveaway!! 🥰
Would love the toddler Health-nut cookbook to make meals easier
For me it’s breakfast, I would love your cookbook to help change things up. Love your videos!!! 🥰❤️
Thanks for the great video. Lunch time is a struggle for me and my three. Sandwiches get old fast. I'd love some ideas from your toddler cookbook.
breakfast is the hardest for us so this is really helpful, thanks!
Hi, during lunch my daughter doesnt like to chew as much. During dinner she takes the longest. Thanks for the video and sharing the recipes. 😊
I did buy your baby and toddler cook books a week or two ago and am enjoying them! Breakfast is the hardest for me.
Thanks for sharing your experience and amazing recipes. With my nearly 18 month old, dinner is the hardest. Plus she is allergic to milk, almost all nuts, and eggs!
Dinner is definitely the hardest meal for us! I absolutely love when you share healthy recipes ❤
Lunch and dinner, my little one is so picky. Thanks for all the great tips and tricks 🌸
You are so welcome!
Dinner is the hardest. All the planning and stuff us really hard with a toddler and a baby
Definitely dinner. My 4 year old is picky and now with a 9 month old. Hoping to build good food habits for her.
Definitely dinner as I work full day then family gets home & not much time before early dinner...particularly in winter everyone has munchies earlier coz it gets dark early...
Most difficult for me it is kids lunch boxes for school :(
I love your recipes🤩. your Cookbook is my first choice when I need an idea for meal. Thank you for your hard work!🤗
Oddly lunch is the hardest for us! When the chaos of the day starts finding time to calm down and eat lunch is really hard some days! Especially amidst naps with 2 under 2!!
For us the hardest I think is the breakfast because there is a rush to prepare everything for the day!
Thank you for everything ❤️
Congratulations lady!! you won a free cookbook ✨ please send me your email address, and let me know your option of either The Toddler HealthNut Cookbook or The Baby HealthNut Cookbook!
Sending another reminder to receive your free HealthNut Cookbook 💖
For me it’s finding something fun & new for breakfast 😊
I love your cookbook! Lunch is hard just middle of the day so busy and brain isn’t working something healthy and quick I can make my two year old.
Dinner is the hardest - hands down. Loved the video! Sage is so big now 😃
Dinner is definitely the hardest meal to plan for. I loved all these recipes!!
