I grew up eating this and I'm already in my 40's! One of the most underrated viand in the Philippines!
I never knew this as "Pork Adobo with Squid" but "Pork and Squid Adobo" Both are the main ingredients. 🙂

You would be surprised gaano katagal din bago lumambot ang pusit 😁 May isa pang squid recipe na nakapost dito sa channel nya, sinundan ko yun tapos hindi kumunat ang mga pusit at all at malinamnam na malinamnam ang sauce (hindi ko lang nga nilagyan ng pampa anghang kasi ayaw ng pamilya ko yun). You can trust this channel's recipes po 😊 pero for your peace of mind, bantay-bantayan nyo nalang rin ang pusit para siguradong malambot yung kalalabasan.

Nakakain na ako nyan. Masarap din. Kaso nakita ko madaming vitsin ang nilagay nung nag luto kaya siguro masarap. Ang nag luto nanay ng friend ko nataon nan doon ako sa kanila. Hindi kc ako gumagamit ng vitsin. Piru yun walang sabay tapos nag mamantika ang pag kaluto.
