looks delicious, but I just need to say, I gained soooo much respect for this woman when she took a bite of that crab meat! 🤣
I love cooks who aren't afraid to snack a lil bit! lol

Sarah, if I was doing this without breadcrumb, what substitute would you recommend? :)

Good morning, You can defiantly use your favourite gluten free cracker, just wiz it up in the food processor or crush it up in a zip lock. You really don't need much. Dry you're shrimp with a paper towel, that will help as well. For the crab if it came in water, get it as dry as you can. If you're on a keto diet, you can use crushed pork rinds. Hope this helps. Have a great day!

I prefer to let the crab and shrimp flavour shine, old school that way.

Some brands yes, while others no.
If it tells you on the can that you need to refrigerate it, or you find it in the refrigerated section of your supermarket, then, yes you need to refrigerate it.
Some canned products like certain brands of crab meat need to be refrigerated because the cans, while pasteurized, are not sterilized. They are pasteurized at a lower temperature so that it can be canned and last longer, but no to the point where it doesn't need to be refrigerated.
