I really love how you share your family....and your mother (I bet) is a blast! I truly appreciate your enthusiasm, especially when you eat. When I see a professional eat their own cooking, I'm so more convinced to try their recipe's. BTW..... love when you fry chicken! Every time I watch your fried chicken post, I am compelled to run into the kitchen and pull everything out and start frying!!

I love your videos but I had to pause this one to come down and write you. Your videos are so special to me and I’ve watched every single one! I grew up in a Vietnamese household and can relate to how important food was to our family. Now that I live 1400 miles away from my parents as an adult, your videos are what help me reconnect to them and feel at home again. Thank you Marion! Love seeing your little one and LOVE Mama Noi!

I'll have to give your mothers sausage fried rice a try, my German grandmother use to make a similar dish but with german Nürnberger sausages rice with onions and chopped sauerkraut, something her mother taught her she learn when living in German New Guinea pre ww1. Oma has passed now but every time i make her sausage rice i am transported back to her teaching me to cook. Thank you for sharing your food memory and mama Noi with us, take care, God bless one and all.

what i love about watching this channel is, all recipes are actually so simple and doable as compared to other channels u just watch but never really able to try bc of the complicated process or expensive ingredients. thats what i love about food, humble ingredients but amazing flavors! it also adds an impact to me when i know that a certain food tells a story. i can really feel your childhood filled with love from your mom. aside from the many other recipes in this channel, this one is a recipe my family really enjoys weekly. thank you for this marion! all the love!
