    Listen.
    For all you guys wondering, does this work for me, does this work, can i get hurt, does this burn fat and so on..
    I'm 15 years old, had belly fat before.
    I've done this exerice for 2 weeks, every single day, and i can already see my top abs!
    This does work, and i've burnt alot of fat aswell.
    I recommend before you do this, you warm up with a bit of a cardio. But not too much because then you're gonna be exausted afterwards.
    Eat healthy, do this once everyday, and always warm up you're muscels before you go for it. I hurt my shoulder because i did not warm up. So remember that!

    Man, I did this about a week ago and couldn't recover from the soreness until this morning where I felt 100%, first i did his 5min ab workout that he did for flex fridays a while back, and then rested 5 mins, then did this.......KILLER! I love feeling the pain it takes to lose more weight, it's so satisfying seeing the results a week down the track, my advice to all of you watching and not doing or criticizing Mike, is "Do it, and check yourself out in the mirror, or don't, and wish you did".

    The fart noises in the beginning killed me. Hahaha couldn't stop laughing! Great workout. I do it 3 times a week. The results are really starting to show!.

    Mike, My name is Dillon, I'm a twenty year old male going into the Navy. Over the last few months from watching your workouts and taking supplements (protein & creatine) I've had a successful bulking stage. I currently sit at about 195lbs. Most of my bulking went to my upper body, my legs stay pretty lean.

      I guess it depends on your diet and your metabolism. Keep doing those exercises and eating healthy and you should get where you want :)

    U r awesome man , I got change in my abs without going gym and following you and some other videos and practicing in home.
    I m suffering with visceral and subscuits fat as well , now on trying to burn and got results . Daily an HR practice enough as per my experience. And I'm trying to be healthy. Thank u

    I'm surprised he struggled with these. I do ab ripper x a few times a week & this was effective but fairly easy. Good workout though.

      itt depends how big is the body mass if you weigh more itt's harder if you weigh less itt's easier. especially if you got good ab muscle mike has big arms which are + kg so itt's harder for him to come up.

    Day 1...I was able to do all of them 100 reps the best way I could - not perfect, I'm sure it will get better as I go on...this is awesome...I can feel real burn...until now I was doing everything wrong...Mike, you are my new Sensei...Arigato!

    I started of with 2 rounds and have increased to 9 sets. I am totally done at the end, great workout mike!
    post a new ab workout and also a new bicep workout, please.

    My problem is that the navy would like me to be around 175lbs. Just wanted to get your take on any cutting workouts, diets, etc. that you might do or have done; that could show significant results in a few months of hard work. I watch all your videos and you do a great job! Anything will help, -Dillon

      Wrong, I accidentally made those noises when I was without a shirt on the mat. When you start to sweat without wearing a shirt on the matt, you start to make those, "farting noises." But in reality, no one is farting. It's all due to the air and sweat against the matt.

    Six pack takes consistent work, not alot of time, but alot of quick hard work. When I fall of the 6 pack wagon, getting it back takes discipline, I find it isn't just going through the motions, but relearning how to focus on muscle contraction to really target each section. When you can target them, the workout itself becomes much more effective, so I think focus is a very relevant part of ab training, moreso than other muscles.

    Your workouts have helped me a lot. I've been working out since I was twelve(I'm only 14 now) and over one summer, I lost twenty pounds of fat and gained forty in muscle. I'm 5'7" and weigh 160lbs. I've recently gained just a bit of weight, enough to cover my abs and I want to know what to do.

    I did abs today, and I do 30 sit-ups, 1 min of planks, 15 side crunches on each side, then 20 reverse sit ups and do 3 sets of that. Not too hard, but a nice workout for beginners (such as me). It gives a great burn

    I can only agree with you ! Thats how I started at home, I was 19 years old 187 cm high and my weight were 60 kg. So I started doing push-ups (maybe 60 per day) and I started improving from then on. I borrow my uncles weights so I made a combination with weights and push up. Now I'm 80+ kg - no fat.
