    I couldn't hate Mike at all. I was inspired by his work ethic and motivation. He was the 1st I found onlie, wishing someone could teach me where I start and gain momentum. Mike did that and helped me make an unrecognizable transformation. Even today, I catch myself hitting these old routines. Especially the cardio. They are intense, which I like. I know formatted HIIT workouts are more so Tabata than HIIT, but they're fun, intense, and motivating.

    Regardless of the hate (whether right or not), he gives interesting ideas for exercises and is always exited and motivated. The 270 youtube videos are free, what more do you want... You can always choose not to watch. If he gives BAD advice/exercises, then enlighten the people watching the video, don't just flame. BE specific to why and how the exercises are bad/dangerous. Cheers ;)

      Exactly, I used to be super skinny, I tried following his guides and I gained 20 lbs in 3 months. Now, I'm not entirely sure if that's a fast or slow gain by your standards, but atleast this guy made me happy by just watching and following his videos. Right now, I'm doing a split and been watching his shit.

    Been doing this now for a week. I am already starting to see results, not much but starting to see results. I have been eating right MOST of the time, and this workout at least 4 times a week, weight is starting to drop and muscle is building. I have tried doing the workout without this video, I could not stay motivated. I now watch this video everytime I workout to keep me pushing it.

    Ab exercises don't get you abs. I'm glad you pointed that out at 18:26. Maybe you should put a notice at the beginning of your ab workout videos?

      I knew that already. I'm just afraid that people are going to do the ab workout, and close the video before the notice at the end. That's why I think he should say that you need to burn fat before you can have visible abs at the beginning of the video, NOT at the end!

      This workout will also burn some belly fat I think tbh.. and if you look at very skinny guys that has a six pack, but never does any ab workouts.. That looks no good, so always this is much better than nothing :D

    The best abs workout. My upper abs really get fired up while doing this. Better than crunches and a really different workout. No one does this type of workout at the gym. I do it only. but i am able to do only 2 sets of 15 reps . That disappoints me alot. I want to do as perfectly as you do and as many as you can.

    I have been using this work out for my abs now for about a week and a half, yes I know it doesn't seem long but I can already see the change in my abs and starting to achieve the abs I want thanks mike

    This looks like a great addition to add to my ab workout. I usually do inclined and declined leg raises on a slanted bench, planks, and seated crunches on a machine. It took me about 3 months to get really defined abs. Eating is very important. I cut out all bread intake. There are many different diets out there. You'll have to find the one that fits your metabolism.

      +Justin Chung I did this for 3 months, 4 times a week, and ran, and then rested for 1 week because of injuries. And then after the week I rated I all the sudden could see my six pack, and then I got so motivated and continued... And I am not a skinny guy so it took some time until they showed up

    since i was lighter i got through the whole thing with very very little breaks, but thats me, everyone else should go at your own pace, i just fond to do it non stop, which is less time, keep it up Mike, your workouts are awesome

    Mike first of all I love your channel man your videos are real good and not boring, I get to the point about 2 years ago I overworked my knees and developed chondromalacia patella now I can run or do leg presses without my knees hurting shoot I can't even do squats all the way, question is thou what should I do to get massive legs but can't bare that much weight any more with my legs can you make a video showing the possible exercises to get massive calves and upper legs even if I'd a gym workout. Thank you before hand and keep up the good work your an inspiration to me and a great role model for everyone.

    Thanks alot. I had a workout variation that consisted of situps and planks but didnt really help for me. Il give this a try and depending on the results I might switch to it instead

    I`ve been doing these 3 exersices for a month already, and everytime I finish my workout with them, even though spending only 10 minutes for that, I feel like this is the only thing I did that day, cause` my abs can hardly allow me to move straight up. Crazy exersices! If you doin em propely of course.
