Dr. Vikram Ramakrishnan, Dr. Sitara Vikram - CS Academy | Entrepreneurs UnBoxed

‘Entrepreneurs Unboxed’ brings you the entrepreneurial couple Dr. Vikram Ramakrishnan and Dr. Sitara Vikram in this episode, in conversation with EO Coimbatore Chapter President Jayanthra Jayachandran. Both of them are doctors who have become entrepreneurs by founding and running C S Academy, an educational organisation running schools of high quality. They believe they have played a positive role in the overall development of children.
As entrepreneurs they too have faced challenges, but their values of Empathy, Respect, Team-work, Perseverance and Zest have carried them on and up successfully. They believe in hiring the people with the “right attitude”. They also added that as active members of EO they’ve been benefited by the workshops and in keeping a work-life balance. In the future they are planning to start low-cost schools for the less privileged.
