    There is a lot of wisdom in these words and this training. Sparring is so different, I can move around fine during training, but sparring starts and suddenly im a statue. I think it'll change with more sparring, but this video is going to the saved list.
    Lol the cus d'amato shift did not work for me.. so youre right about not emulating your favorite boxer at first either. Gotta practice the basics until I cant get them wrong.

    hey coach is muscle really important for boxing like biceps or neck ?? does it help in fast movement

      Yes, your whole body is weapon so you want train as such, strengthen everything. 😇
