Yeah dude! Finally got around to watching this. Sick day on the bikes for sure. Stoked you were there and we linked up! Glad you included Bryan’s crash lol.
Didn’t even realize Yahner and Nick Ice were in your crew when I met you all on Boot, stoked to finally meet and ride with them and Big Boss Buck and the Pathfinder crew! Had a great day trying to keep up with you all. Wouldn’t be a day at Spirit without some crashes and Bryan’s Anvil wreck is too good not to include, glad him and his Pole were alright!
Couldn’t believe it when I met all of them on Boot, definitely my best ride at Spirit but not a surprise considering who I was trying to keep up with! Calculated risk drop was one I’ve been wanting to check off for awhile, now all that’s left at Spirit is to start working on Moonman and Boss Hog on the new enduro bike!
This was an amazing day of riding at Spirit Mountain, randomly meeting some of the MN legends who I had been watching for years! I'm glad you think that Harry haha, there certainly was a solid crew riding that day!
Thanks man, it was an intimidating feature and one I'd wanted to check off for awhile. Just about the best squad to ride with a Minnesotan could ask for! Couldn't believe when I ran into all of the randomly and got to ride with them, damn they're fast!
Just about everyone I know has a spirit mountain crash story or five, place makes the local bike shops and unfortunately hospitals a lot of money. It was an amazing crew to be riding with, I definitely progressed trying to keep up with them! I can’t wait to ride my new enduro rig here, it’s a no compromises bike park build since I’m keeping the Fuel EX and turning it back into a speedy trail bike!
Hey Andrew, great to finally meet you in person. Also super fun to get some laps in together. Nice work on that calc drop. The run-in to that makes it intimidating but you made it look smooth.
Great to finally meet you on the trails as well! Had a great day attempting to keep up to you & Nick Ice and thanks for showing me that rock roll near the chalet lot. I should have asked one of you for a tow in on calculated risk, maybe I wouldn't have been so nervous riding it for the first time. It's definitely easy to overthink based on the rugged run-in, but it was a fitting end to an awesome day at Spirit! Looking forward to more bike park throughout the season!
Spirit Mountain is my favorite bike park, your type of riding too with all the rock slabs! Whenever you can get back up North! Make a weekend out of it and hit Giants Ridge and the Iron Range trails too!
Duluth is the place for all types of trails in Minnesota! Beginner XC trails in Hartley Park, flow trails in Mission Creek, gnarliest trails that you can ride without signing a waiver in Piedmont Park, and all day bike park laps at Spirit Mountain on some of the most challenging trails around!

What an action packed day! Spirit never disappoints
Never a dull moment at Spirit Mountain, especially trying to keep up to these Minnesota legends!
Looked like a blast with a solid crew! Nice riding from everyone and way to get that drop at the end!

@@AndrewGehn You were attacking it out there; That steep locals line is a heavy one, and you just owned it.

long time viewer, first time commenter. Killing it!
Yo thanks Alex! Mountain biking is always a great time, it's basically what skateboarding used to be for me!
Nice work on the Calculated Risk drop. Great riding and that was quite the squad you rode with that day.

Damn good day of riding there! Ok it’s time to choose a day to ride Spirit! When we going?

Would love to hit up some real trails
