Did you mount any spacers? If so which size?
No spacers at all 😊 I'm not a fan of them. In an ideal world you get the spacing with a proper offset on the wheel. That said though, with a stud conversion it does make using spacers easy.
@@SoloLap I ask because your fitment looks so perfect with suspensions that i thought there maybe spacers.. i run stock oem 18” wheels but they reside much more internally than yours. from your experience if you had to mount spacers which size would you use?
@@SimoneBenati ok, so basically of your car has the ride height you want and now you just want the wheels to fill the arches better...use a straight piece of metal (something that doesn't bend) and hold it against the outside of the fender at the top of the wheel, with it vertically down towards the middle of the wheel. Now with a ruler, measure the distance between the rim edge (closest to tyre) and the metal. That will be say 10mm or more. That is the thickness of spacer you need.
@@SoloLap Last last question, which line did you end up going for your exhaust ? a 3" or a 2.75" ? I would like to run 320-330 hp
Downpipe 3" and rest of the exhaust 3" i was thinking with one silencer at the end.
@@SimoneBenati no problem Simone, ask as much as you want. If I can answer I will. Can chat more easily on instagram if you use it.

Sascha's Megane is an amazing car too!
The brilliant build and the brilliant megan! With love from Russia🇷🇺
thank you, glad you like it!
remove the rear diffuser, what a great idea! can't wait to try this when I get a custom made exhaust
It's not hard to do either!
@@SoloLap cant wait
@krstaranic6255 it's also easy to remove the wheel well as it just bolts in 👀
Dunno why you sold it :(
I guess I reached that point where I'd finished with the car and wanted a new challenge. It would have had to go at some point though as I couldn't have registered it for use here in Sweden...I just didn't know that at the time.
@@SoloLap thanks very helpful as I’ve got a track Megane 3 rs so it’s nice to compare it to this in terms of modifications 🤙🏻
@@joachimandersen4068 happy to share more pics and info on what I did if it helps at all Joachim
@@SoloLap thanks that’s very helpful I’ll let you know 👍🏻
Wow 😍😍
RSTuning PAUL is the best tuner for Megane
He was very good with this car for sure.
Hey friend, i had some question want to ask you, can i contact you?🙂
@@dickykeung630 ofcourse! If you're on instagram, I'm solo.lap on there.
Oh nice
Thank you!
sur la face avant 2 prises d'aire comme la r26
Yes, the extra cooling seemed to help on track with temps for sure!
I would've put Garrett turbo in it to make it around 400hp
I wanted 350/350 that was the goal, the turbo on the first tune was 386hp and over 400 lb/ft and I told them to tune it back down. The car was utterly perfect at 350 with all the other mods 🤓
Did you run it on some Swedish tracks? NO WAY you owned that m3?! I had my eyes on that but I didn’t have the balls to pull the trigger on it
Sadly not no, the Megane only saw the Ring for a few years. I never took the m3 on track either, it came straight to Sweden (Jayemm took my Megane) and from day 1 I had trouble using it here with uk insurance etc. The m3 was a brilliant bit of fun, certainly fast and sounded amazing!
Wow!!!!!!!
Hey my friend... 😉
Afternoon! 🙂

Thank you!
Alt for meget banjo!!
who is here after watching jayemm on cars video?
James didn't really 'get' this type of car, which was a shame...but cars like this aren't for everyone.
Nichole would disown papa and runoff.
She already did, why do you think papa got so carried away with his car? 😶
@@SoloLapin that case you enjoy.😆
that car was on jayemm
yeah James and I traded cars, he took my Megane, I took his M3!

Do you have a question Chris?
This car sucks more than my best friends mum 🔥
What sucks about it? Does your best friend know?
Complètement débile. Ça reste une traction. Pour moins cher vous pouviez acheter une Alpine A110 S
