He sure does. East coast people don't care about there cars and just leave them in front of there yard in wide open in public. Try finding them here California in wide open in public. No chance there all in there garages and storage being rust free. Hope that car gets saved and gets restored.
If I had to guess with it being that close to a main hwy that a bunch of people have more then likely tried to either buy it or look at it and the owner just won’t let it go. Prolly a shrine to a lost love one or some same old story reason. Cool color combo
I have a 70 Chevelle SS 396 (402) 375 hp Gold with black stripes just like the one you are showing here, it is a great find, hope you make contact and get to save this gem......

My Dad had one that same color. 396 4speed. Wrapped the front area an ash tree. Grandma has a pic of him washing the day he brought it home, and 6 months later when the wrecker picked it up. Gone!

I watch almost all of them!! great videos with awesome detail!! question for you tho we have a 1976 matching number 2nd gen camaro and were wondering if you ever did any camaro videos? just curious !! we see lots of Chevelle ! again great videos!! thanks and we will continue to watch!!!
Even though I'm not working on my tuxedo black 1970 Malibu right now, I've been looking for an accent color to compliment the "burnt copper" planned paint for my current project. Champaign gold sounds like a nice match. Can you give me a good modern (base/clear) paint code for the color? My current project is...dare I say it (?)...a Ford Ranger V-8 conversion. F.Y.I. I bought my Malibu nearly 30 years ago, sold it 10 years ago and bought it back last year.(painted red...YUCK!). The guy tried to clone Super Sport, thankfully, it didn't work out for him. It'll be tuxedo black again when the wife and I are finished. It'll also have the same 408 small block that I pulled before selling it. Now...if I could just find those 307 fender emblems...I know they're around here somewhere lol!
The neighbor told you that they are a bit funny because he’s working his neighbor to possibly buy the car someday and keep perspective buyers away from it. Lol. I have actually ran across that exact scenario with a 69 charger.
Patrick I forgot to tell you they're on the side of the road when I saw you but there's a 70 boss 302 at the other end of the road where this Chevelle is setting
Gonna fix it up in 2079, when I can get to it. What is wrong with people? I was in rural Georgia 4 years ago and saw numerous valuable muscle cars rotting away and a black 57 Chevy sitting at a family property. He refused to sell.
@@chrismilam18 I've personally offered that yrs ago. That guy is a strange character.. I live off of Waddell rd. It was a really nice car, but rusty now
Phillip Craven yeah he’s an odd character. I’d love to get my hands on that car. I’ve got an identical car restored so it gets to me every time I drive by it
the owner is an ass hole did you read what i said and hear what patrick said you can't just walk up some ones land and start looking at this car this guy is a ass hole
So I'm curious. Are SS Chevelles all you find or do you get a tip on a car and if it's just an average two door Chevelle you don't bother video taping it?
He walks to the curb, "at this point I'm still legal", walks 5 feet closer - "I'm still legal". 2 minutes later he walks right by the mound - "I'm still legal". Unless there's a clear line there where you can and can't be all that you say means nothing, in the end the owner of the house also has to know where that invisible line is for you to be 💯 safe.....they could have mental issues, just a bad day or just not like people. Ah that south with those damn guns, I can hear the cries after the next guy decides he's not getting enough attention and kills a bunch, oh wait, one guy just did yesterday, killed 2 injured 12.
Do a GIS map search for the name of the owner of the property. Type in ......GIS "...... " County Georgia.... Then locate it on the map for the property owners name and address
I think if you talk to the guy right, tell him you would treat him right and pay a fair price, you might be able to buy it. Maybe not today, but one day. Talk to him right, show him some respect, you might be able to get him to part with it. Leave him your business card, one day he will call you up.
I’m guessing the owner wants to wait another 10 years hoping to double his profit lol these guys think they have do many plans for the cars with weeds growing around them. What a waste
It's to bad we couldn't place an eminent domain tag on muscle cars wasting away that have been neglected for so many years. Much like the government has done with land they've done with land grabs for a highway for instance going through a neighborhood. Here you go, here's fair market value for it,but you've passed the statute of limitations for letting a car sit in the elements unprotected, disused and there's been no improvement or protective work done to the car,so you either have x amount of time to do something positive to it,or it gets taken away to a good new home. Hey,i can dream, right? Cuz I've seen to many heartbreaking waste aways and it's not like they're building any more any time soon. Thanks again Patrick. Try not to pick up any lead poisoning or salt shot during your adventures, it'd be a real pain in the ass i reckon! Lol! ▪☆☆☆▪
That's a sin to have that just sitting there rotten away should have a cover on it at least. Or just put a pole barn over it get it out of the weather WTF is wrong with people....and never sell it no no no going to fit it here later ....5 years later never moved
I know of two Chevelles sitting in wis. one is black i think it's a 68 and the other one is a 70 convertible big block 4 speed wasting away in a woods . the black one has the white stripes. sad to see them rusting away.

You need a camera like the news station has. They can zoom in on the cobwebs of that car. Cool video as always Patrick👍

Nice. Wish people would stop 🛑 letting these cars rot. Either fix it or let someone that cares about these cars restore it. Thanks
Sir how may I get a hold of you I have a 69 camaro I would like for you to see it says 427 with a 4 speed just needed to speed with you please.
First! Love your videos. Come to Texas!
I am going to buy one since I can't find all these rides you find. But again I live in the rust belt.
You did Right, by being Conscience, over Careless. Still and all, an interesting video.
Good job as always. I will pray that you talk to the owner.
Front grille doesn't look like a ss. I'm wondering if it's a clone or want a be?
He keeps it out there to bring people in, he knows it is a magnet and enjoys that folks ask about it so he can scream and yell at them.
The neighbor told you that they are a bit funny because he’s working his neighbor to possibly buy the car someday and keep perspective buyers away from it. Lol. I have actually ran across that exact scenario with a 69 charger.
Looks like harvest gold, good looking car
I'd say anyone that would park a 70 SS Chevelle in the weeds like that is more than a little funny
Just be careful..hope we can see more .right on Patrick!
Leave a message in the mailbox or knock on their door. It won’t hurt to ask. I found a few classics I bought that way.
Awesome find, to bad that these cars are left to rot away.
Pgn, great video!!! Stay safe!!
I just can't believe people would let something like that sit and rot. Sad man definitely sad.
So sir what kept you from just walking up to this fella's front door and introduce yourself... Who knows, he might have been a faithful follower.
Did you get any more information on this car??

Nice job on the find! Another great video!
Another Chevelle no one wants to restore, Tri Five Chevys rule always will
You need to make a map and mark out all the locations where these cars are located
Good Luck and be Safe!!!
Hopefully the owner is cool and would show you the car up close. Never know how owners can be about their classic cars.
Yup. Always good to see when they take such great care of them like the one in this video

Southwest Georgia look much like most of Oklahoma but I've never been to Georgia so I'm going strictly from the scenery in this video.
We really want to know what these cars are worth, what it costs to restore them and some after the restoration pictures.
I’m from south west GA what highway are you on and town close by?
Looks like it's near Albany. I'd recognize that shit hole anywhere
So I'm curious. Are SS Chevelles all you find or do you get a tip on a car and if it's just an average two door Chevelle you don't bother video taping it?
Its ashame how people let them cars sit and rot away instead of selling it or giving it away

No sir
Are the 1970 ss worth more?
There is no telling what the under carriage looks like. It rains like a mofo in SW Georgia. I have people in Albany.
I’ve left at least 5 notes on the car in the past 10 years. Never a call back.
