I'm a sucker for new wing flavors, so I was all in on trying it out, and boy am I glad I did. It is delicious, so I added it to our wing playlist here on TH-cam: • Chicken Wing Recipes
This recipe is about the flavors, so you can use this sauce on any chicken wing cooking technique you like. In this recipe we are keeping it simple with a 250 post oak smoke.

My favorite method if i have the time.
Dry Brine(with seasoning of choice) overnight, smoke or steam to render fat and break down connective tissue, then flash fry, rest and sauce or reapply dry rub.

OH sh%t! That does look good. I've been wanting to put something together sometime soon. I got a weekend camping trip coming up, and then we always have NASCAR and football at my VFW. Something new for me to bring to groups I hang with. There will be no dissapointed faces when they try this.

We have tried it. It doesn't work here. Nothing other than my fly swatter works. Texas flies don't play.

Need some help with a pork picnic roast traeger 575. Here is the issue meat was cooked to 205 but the fat cap was not crunchy. Can you do a video on pork picnic on a smoker.
