If I were a psychologist/psychiatrist, I'd rather not tell anyone (just say you're an artist). Because - when people hear that, they immediately start telling you their problems, worries and life traumas (all the negative stuff in short) and expect you to "fix" them. The focus then so much on themselves that they forget you're actually also a person who has some need for off-work time, attention and positivity.

Nothing wrong in telling the patient that she wants to repeat the physical examination

The question is, if there was palpable formation during this visit. It could be not. The fact that she used previous scketch doesn't proove her guiltyness

How come they dont do US exam as part of gyn exam? They would have found it immediately even without the physical which is a subjective method

This is an example of the USA's medical system being overwrought with malpractice suits. The women wasn't injured or hurt by the poor medical exam. Sure, she should have followed up with the crummy doctor and informed her of the mistake and maybe this doctor could have paid the money back to the woman. But to bring a lawsuit? Only in the USA.

I agree. This helps no one. And sad it was pursued by another doc as well.

usually i gladly take the doctors side in these videos , but here feeling very reluctant as she was both unprofessional during the procedure and did not perform the examination properly but what was worse is that she copied the other patients finding and stated it was normal
