I’m female and I love listening to these God fearing gentlemen who are so knowledgeable and specifically chosen by God to educate other fathers. The world needs more strong faithful praying men like you. May God continue to bless the work of your hands and use your minds to speak to the hearts and minds of all men out there who need to fulfil their fatherhood in the way that God intended. God bless you ❤🙏

    God bless you gentlemen.
As someone else said, this does hit hard.
It brings me a great and deep sadness that currently my relationships with my two wonderful girls, 10 and 12 are so weak and kind of non-existent.
We also have a four year old boy, who, while I spend more time with, i'm finding the relationship is taking a similar trajectory.
My relationship with my wife isn't great either but my relationships with each of them is paramount to me and I love them all dearly.
At the moment I feel so broken and struggle to know what to do and have no-one to share with.
I grew up without a father (from 7 although he was never really 'present' anyway) and I resent that more now as I feel it left me with zero role modelling on how to be a husband and father.
Not to make excuses, I appreciate I need to step up and with God's grace change and get this all fixed up, amongst other things.
I'll listen to this video again (and probably again) and make a few notes/reminders to try and get more practical.
I pray that I can accomplish what needs to be accomplished.
Thanks guys. Viva Christo Rey 🙏📿

As a woman this is such a beautiful conversation. It opened multiple wounds... Currently doing a consecration to St. Joseph- so he cannot only be a chaste model for my future spouse, but so I can be pursued by a virtuous spiritual father. This was also beautiful to hear what it's supposed to look like to be pursued by Godly earthly fathers (ultimately the model for a future husband).

My Goodness, what an exceptional podcast! At a single 73, I missed marriage and family because of health and poor job issues. I would have been a terrible father. Now, I have a clear, strong, and healthy idea of exactly what being a good parent is, and it's yours, gentlemen.
Bring it on and keep it up, boys.

Spot on with that sarcastic nuclear bomb!!!!! Yesssss!!!! Dont even try to do that with your daughters! One comment like that can destroy your daughters self-esteem for a long, long-time!

Thank you for this brothers! Not married with children yet but, Lord willing, I will be; and a good and holy one at that!
    In Christ,
    Andrew

I love my father. I just wish I would have these positive intentions from him in my childhood

I have been blessed with 6 boys and 3 girls. The oldest 18 moved out with a certain finger in the air. That's hard to see, and we thought we were doing a "good job" of raising him. I realize now that I was trying to raise him, not letting the Holy Spirit guide my thoughts, research, and actions.

      Semper vigilans!
From myself, family, and others. Satan knows me better than I know myself. Never assume something is good without guidance. That is what where I am at this point in raising daughters. (And unclogging drains full of hair is a weekly chore 😉)

I appreciate the honesty. Your family will be in our prayers. Also, thanks for reminding me of a chore I need to do this weekend. 😉 - Ad Jesum per Mariam, John

Fathers are so critically important to a family for the spiritual direction, protection, and security of his wife and children. This is really important especially to a daughter. It is an injustice that there are so many divorces and fatherless children that are trying to survive in this disordered world. 🎚💙💗🎚 13:00
