I found out the headset does not have a mute bouten and you cant change the sound i think
mine snapped at the plastic part on the top after about 6 months, I love the headset, but it's not very durable so if you have the option, get a warranty.
Damn mine snapped on the extendable part after I dropped it around 5 or 6 months after purchasing

The software that razer has is the main selling point of these headphones. The simulated surround sound is incredible.

I bought it yesterday I don't like how it sounds so I wanted to adjust it to my preferences but in the software there is no option for that :/ it shows me a thx spatial... App where h have an actual equalizer but u have to pay for it, for real this a big bullshit why should I pay for that

@@PizzaOfficials lol I never used fr srry good to know :D I think u should consider smtg else, the sound quality after that software is good, it's comfortable and vey lightweight but every time when I put it on I hear squeaking noise from the plastic near the earcups I hope that won't break after some time but for the money it's a nice headset but if u pay a little bit more u can get smtg better my friend told me he has the hyperx cloud 2 for 3 years now and everything is fine with that and he never had problems with the sound out of the package, srry for bad English :)

@@aariq2791 I think corsair hs50 is overall a little batter as far as sound quality goes but I think the razer is a little more comfortable and light weight with a batter mic but hs50 has batter bass and very good for music and also good for multiplayer games. And I think it's a little cheaper than razer so I think hs50 is overall a little batter
