I was reading that wild salmon not farmed is the best because the balance between Omega-6 and Omega-3. The farmed fish are much higher in the bad Omega-6. 🤷♀️
Good advice for people. As a vegetarian, I eat the foods you mentioned with the exception of meat and fish. As a healthy 77 year old, I believe this way of eating is the major factor that my good health. Sharing this info can only help people. Thanks.
I love chocolate of all kinds except for white chocolate, but learned to love dark chocolate since it has more antioxidants. Look for dark ones with at least 70% cocoa or higher. I prefer strawberries more than blueberries because bb can be tart which I don’t like. I’m not much of a dairy/meat fan either since I’m trying to eat a plant based diet without those. Have you thought about tofu as another good food? Great video, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for these awesome healthy foods and I’m encouraged to see that Mark has embraced healthy choices later in life. When you guys describe your family I’m reminded of the Brady bunch!❤

I like the saying "everything in moderation". That for me is a good way to live. So a cup a day is what I strive for.
