Thank you for the recipe! I just cooked this!... But I've tweaked the recipe to cool down the spice. -1 green chilli (seedless) -a pinch of red hot chillie powder -1 tsp Jaffna curry powder -1 dried chilli -1 & 1/2 tomatoes -1/2 cup of coconut milk I've also baked the eggplant instead of frying it in oil. I used a flat cookie sheet. I drizzled oil and sprinkled salt on the diced eggplant and baked it at 400 degrees farenheit for 30 minutes.
At the beginning of the video we can see what powder spices you add but at some point you added few from the side and we can’t see what they are. Really wanted to cook this but pointless if I don’t know what other spices you added. Shame
Hi Shankar
Under description 16&24, reads add fried egg plant. When do We really add?
Sounds yummy, will give it a try

Fab recipe! And your English is amazing! Better than my three words of German! With thanks from the UK. Xx
