    Thank you for this recipe. I was looking for it.
    1. I did deep fry the eggplant but it became mushy and blended. I must remember to cook in a non stick pan next time and deep fry in small batches.
    2. Perhaps 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds is too much, as fenugreek seeds tend to be bitter. I will try 1/2 tsp next time.
    It still came out awesome. I will do better next time.

      Thank you for trying the recipe! Maybe frying in small batches will help, the eggplant shouldn't be mushy after frying. Make sure the eggplants are sliced thin and fry with the lid open. Hope it turns out better next time!

      @@marshasmeals3951 This time I did fry in a non stick pan in small batches using the same amount of oil as in the video and everything was perfect. Thank you. I made twice the amount than last time. In the other half I put soya nuggets :)
