Catch XXIV "A440" HD to 97

I am adjusting, and I hope improving, this piece as I go along with writing it. I do intend to stay with the title's "A 440" as the only middle pedal "caught" note throughout, and with a slow 3/4 time which is sometimes detectable - on a time grid with a 24 part subdividable beat most of the time.
