Opposite of a 30 min workout - if you could recover instantly and train all day every day, how would you program it? How would jump training with an endless supply of senzu beans look like?
My son is 5'3" 13 years old 105 lbs. Moderately athletic. One step vert max is 22". He grew a quarter inch the past 6 weeks so I'm thinking he's beginning his growth spurt. Whats a good 30min vert workout for him. Planet fitness is 5 mind. Also a D1 workout facility is 10mins away. Equipment is a non issue. We have an outdoor court in our complex as well. I currently coach his 7th grade basketball team with 90 min practices on Tues and Thurs. Game on Sat.
You guys should do a collab with the Tim Champion, Callum Powell, or Max Henry. The parkour community is doing a lot of research into plays for athletic development or that we are getting older
i think enough to build up energy again, because its a tendon-muscle training, and you want to improve explosiveness so you aren't training for resistance, so get about 30 sec to a minute of rest, i think you'll be well rested
