yeah i wonder how their content quality would change if they dedicated time to make longer, edited, efficient and concise videos instead of answering these miniquestions that ometimes are very similar to other videos.
More micro anatomy please. Learning about underlying mechanisms like you talked about at the end are very interesting. Can you guys go into further depth on that?
Theres no one "answer", its a discussion of the hypotheses on why traditional general -> specific doesn't immediately peak Isaiah but they still do the specific stuff anyway. The immediate takeaway is that you should do both but it depends on the individual, their jumping strategy, and their training background for when to periodize what
I hope this doesnt come off as anything but contructive criticism. Because i love you guys.. But this was WAYYY TOO IN THE DETAIL. WE (your audience) are meatheads. And we want to do dunk gooder. All this atp adp lgbt debate is over our heads. May i suggest only refrenecing the phisyological systems and cellular mechanisms in the podcast. Then maybe discussing/debabting/scrutinising them offline? I feel ike you risk alienating new and old listeners who are likely laymans.
@@troliskimosko that's all I can do big bro... but I know there's more people like me than are like you. Dunkers aren't scientists. And it's in your interest to make your content accessible to your audience (or at the very least not make inaccessible). I promise you, this content was inaccessible for at least 50% of the audience (old & new) But like you say i am only speaking for myself. And who knows maybe they don't care and aren't worried about that kind of thing. maybe they're purposely targeting super scientificly minded people like yourself 🤷🏾♂️ I'm truly just sharing my thoughts
@pjfperformance is another great TH-cam channel that talks about this stuff. It does get in detail but I feel he does a great job of explaining. There are short videos & workouts (5-10 min.) The podcasts are usually long (30-75 min.)
Praise Ben for the up to date physiology 🎉🎉
I only know a little bit haha it’s not my specialty
Ima take a wild guess that after 20min of sports science jargon: the answer is a mix of the two

We love the long discussions and the sincere aura of the videos

This channel is going to be “bigger than jre”! Just need a “Jamie” because some pics/graphs might help me. 😂
Ben was a great pickup
Killer hairstyle, John
So both is usefull...
Evolve with you guys
Just had my chemistry final these guys having me review my nomenclature 😂
I enjoy the smartness :)
hi as a long term viewer, I feel like these recent videos could be more condensed in video length and more concise
Respectfully I disagree, this format is the most sustainable
I wish they were longer lol
Nah bro I look forward to hearing my boy ramble each day
Strongly disagree mainly because I have a background is exercise science so I get to nerd out when they get in depth
I really enjoy the in depth explanations as well as off topic rambles the longer the better length matters
I missed the force vs velocity curve explanation. What does that mean and what was John talking about with left and right?
I’m so disappointed Isaiah isn’t wearing the same outfit from the post dunk interview
mb i stupid but what the answer for Plyos vs. Lifting fsdf sdfsdfss 20 min of yap

Me do plyo, me lift weights. Now when me try dunk me dunk. If me skip plyo me no dunk. If me skip lift weight me no dunk. Plyo + lift weight = dunk
@@bhopirl4552 ty
@@bhopirl4552much better than whatever yap is for 20 minutes
I think you lost most of us in your complicated explanations, especially Ben's 😂
Keep it simple guys
