Love your videos but my question is how much should I have saved up in bank for bills and all if I’m Deciding to go in for the first time since that I’ll be going from a bi weekly pay check to a commission pay and might not see a pay for who knows how long

Literally people need to understand this about working with your clients and being a double full time job; or please don’t bother. I had my license when I was too young and poor to keep going, no training and sales manager that stole our leads; worked like a dog too; I am getting it again in 2024 as a much older person; my son and wife have a realtor who was all gung ho for a week and now suddenly refuses to show nights or weekends and is demanding they take off work during the day to show houses….says everyone is doing this now. Sure they are if they want to be fired! She works “full time” from home but now just wants to do real estate when she is supposed to be working. Some professionals work real jobs they have to be there for and not just randomly be gone all the time. I highly doubt people are leaving work multiple times a week to look at houses. Not if they work legit jobs. She won’t last a year. I can’t wait to be back at it and give people the service with the internet and social media!
