Great information. I feel like you’re talking directly to me. I’m on my second career, realtor at 59. Love it and I’m learning so much with your video.
Hey just wanted to say that I’m starting my pre licensing course soon and I’m 45. I’m trying not to think of it as a late start but as something I just wasn’t ready for until now. Now is the right time for me. Glad I’m not the only one starting a little later than most! Hope it’s going well for you! 😊
Just completed my courses and prepping for my licensing exams (Texas). I am so grateful that I’ve come across your channel. I am 49 and starting my new career!
Just joined your channel! Enjoyed video. I just became a Realtor in NJ and joined EXP as part of a team with a seasoned Realtor. I still feel stuck in the mud as to what my role is or what to focus on. I almost feel like I should have started in a brick in mortar Agency but I know the future is more virtual. I’m going to focus on the 4 points you suggested in another video starting with my CRM (KVCore) and establishing a presence on You Tube and Tic Toc. If u read my post my questions to you how do feel about breaking into the industry with EXP and How long did it take for you to feel comfortable as a new Realtor and getting that first client/sale? Ty for sharing your knowledge!!!!
Your advice is so solid. It’s real talk about real things that really work. I love it! You make sense and the work you recommend doesn’t sound hard at all. It just takes commitment. I can’t wait to put this stuff into practice. Thank you sooooo much!
Thanks and great video! I am an agent that is embarking on a reset, I appreciate you bringing that status into your vid. I am looking forward achieving the success and freedom that I want in my life.
Of all the you tube guide videos I have watched, this is so much practical to my character. I'm easily overwhelmed and hate routine steps. But this is calm and basic enough. Thanks
Love this! I think he's right on point, and these are the most important things to start doing as a new agent. This is the perfect plan! Not too much, just right! And will still put you ahead of the game. 💯
you talk very eloquently and makes tons of sense! i need to work on my CRM because I was busy with a website logo lol, and creating content and repurposing them in different platforms, so i post on YT almost every other day, im on my 2nd 30 days of onboarding with KW and they provide massive trainings
Im so introverted. I dont even want to be a multimillion dollar producing real estate agent. I just want to sell 5-6 homes a year and live comfortably and be able to invest and not have to worry about money.
To sell 5-6 and live comfortably, you'd have to sell some pretty high-quality homes to get a price range, which after fees and commission, will pay reasonably. To sell those types of homes will require you to get out of your shell and meet new people. I'm all for encouraging people to do what they love, but I'm also realist. To succeed in this type of career, you will need to learn to step outside your comfort zone a little bit. That said, I hope you are able to achieve all that you aim for :)
The next check is my biggest issue, the issue is if i was single i wouldve been fine, but being a father to a 4 month old son, and having a family, its hard to not care about your next check, and i wanna pay for courses so much but yeah unless i get a decent check i cant do any of them, i am trying so hard to not quit, because i truly love this job. i wish i started when i was single and younger.
As an introvert how to you get the social media content out there? I try to jump in front of the camera but I always drop the ball and get mixed up on what I want to say, how to say it, and before long it all just kinda falls apart and doesn’t look that great
Hi Marc! I've been learning a lot from your videos - thank you for the content. What are your thoughts on joining a team vs going solo in the first 30 days (or months) of starting as a real estate agent? I recently got my license and I'm not sure what the best route is. Please let me know what you think or point me to a video if you have one. Thanks!
That is probably a sign that you need to do more networking or join a group / club of some kind. But don't overthink it! Just add the people you know and take copious notes of your conversations.
I just opened my TH-cam channel 3 weeks ago, and my tik tok, and you are right a lot of eye balls on my tik tok, TH-cam is taking me longer, 12 subscribers only so far 😂🙄

Thank you!
Awesome advise
Most people dont luke tyo be talked to. Im naturally talkative but folks want to be in their own worlds on their phone, mostly.
Hi loved your videos I just freshly passed my real estate agent license just a week T KELLeR WILLIAMS here in apple Valley and this is very helpful
I don’t see how you don’t have more subscribers man! Great stuff! 🔥 I dropped by Keller Williams today for some guidance in this career.
I appreciate that!
A few hundred contacts? Bro I have 17.
Bro i have 30 contacts in my phone... oh god. I do feel like i can talk to 5 people a day though... hmmm
Did you get rid of your Instagram? Or do you just focus on TH-cam?
check me out on tiktok. @freedomagents
Good stuff, Marc! What if you don't have 5 ppl to add to your CRM for 30 days straight?

@@freedomagentswithmarcbrenn1297 Thanks for the reply, Marc! I appreciate your time.
