I appreciate this guy's humble approach to the info a new agent [really] needs to know.
I totally agree with following people’s lead. I can’t stand pushy sales people. Just give me a friendly greeting to acknowledge me and give me an opportunity to engage if I have a question, let me know your name in case I have questions and let me and my companion look around and discuss amongst ourselves. There are few things more annoying than a salesperson who keeps interrupting your conversation and inserting themselves - makes me want to just leave.
Thank you for the great information. I am getting branded signs soon. Another tip is twilight opens. At least in our market, twilights bring less traffic but more serious and qualified buyers. Thanks again. Looking forward to more videos here.

Doesn't the other real estate agent wouldn't like the fact that your photo and broker is for his/her open house? Seemingly that it is stealing heat from the other agent's representation or hijack is to speak? Thank you.
I used to put fake info on a sign up sheet..Just did an open house caught some contact information. tried to follow up, and I got zero response from a single person. :( Not sure if they gave me the wrong information. But I was kind of discouraged to not get any responses from either text or Email
