Chara is corrupted and their power is amplified over the course of the Genocide Route and towards the end of it they start to take a much more direct role in events and are even the reason we manage to kill Sans.

Then we have Justice (who despite being a demon... seems to hold _some_ level of morals) + Judgement (who despitebeing a demon... carries a certain level of virtue). and while Justice stagnates after her fight with Beel (prefered Lucy's order over Beel's chaos), Judgement seems to carry the potential to one day surpass Lucy, which is why she doesn't listen to Lucy in the game.
The other girls seem to be much lower classwise as demons, but considering the level of destruction they give to our dude Taker... class has nothing to potential power (look at Ceberus)
So even if he *DOES* later become a _"low-class demon_ ... Taker would be a *LITERAL BEAST* 👏 ... at least I hope since he'd willingly protect his Harem 😆.
