Everyone has a preset number of muscle cells determined before birth. You can get just as big because steroids simply make it easier and quicker, but they do NOT create actual new muscle cells.

I am lean my whole life and i am 30 years old now. Ia m still lean and im a life time natty. Even if eat so much my bf only goes to 14% if i stop eating to much i drop quickly to 10% and i never do any cardio maybe 4x in a year 🤣🤣 thats how my genetics are

My biggest concern would be how his lies affect younger ones who have a passion for lifting that it leads them into thinking that Mike's physique is realistically attainable. And then when they don't achieve anything close to that, they get discouraged to work harder to improve themselves.
