This video meant so much to me as a young lad. I was 6’4 140lb in high school trying to put on size and would constantly watch this to get the form and workouts down for my scrawny arms. But the overall calmness, concentration, & push it has made it a classic to always come back and watch when I was eagerly waiting for results. I’m 24 now and thankfully my size and muscle caught up to my height. I’m sitting at around 194-198lb in the winter and slim down to 185-190lb in the summer. In the best shape of my life and can’t wait to see what my prime years hold.
If you’re young and starting out, the best thing you can do is join a gym and get strong. It’ll take a while but each year you’ll look back and be thankful that you got there and did it.
I kept 145 until I turned 28 this year. Then I got serious about the gym and eating 6+ meals a day I'm now 167 last time I checked the scale, looking just as lean as 145. Just about the effort and dedication to eating right and training hard.
Yeah bodybuilding is why I started, 19 y/o now and have gone from 136 to 164 lb.
