It took me some time to learn the differences between mass and shaping exercises for the triceps. Maybe went thru 200 different exercises (yes, a slight exaggeration in the numbers there) but you get the point. Mass your ways thru!!!!! Liiiiiiftttttt.

I've been doing kind of the same movement using a short straight bar and I lean over n use heavy weight compared to a normal stricter form pushdown ,,,I believe using the heavy weight n leaning over kind of like doing a standing dip may incorporate the chest a little but definitely blast the Tris for size and power !! Definitely seems like my Tri Strength has increased since I started and I will definitely try it with that close grip attachment next tri day!!!
