    The developers must focus on planting trees,flowers the roads ,and greengrass after the projects . That brings the beauty of the community. Not taking this huge money from customers then within few years you find the property being erosioned .

    All of these houses look alike. In the states we call that cookie cutter. In the States where communities have a lot of cookie cutter homes, those communities are less desirable.

    • @emmaafriyie5170
      @emmaafriyie5170 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @ Fred Kofi, I do believe the ideal will be to get land and build. However in Ghana, some of the lands have litigation and no one wants to deal with that nightmare. I was in Ghana in January 2022 and we made a trip to Tutu and while the road to the Aburi mountains is great, the hidden truth I discovered was the huge falling rocks we encountered on our way to Aburi as it was raining. The rocks were just falling off the mountain onto the streets as it was raining heavily and visibility was terrible. So the Police and first responders had to stop all of us to park and allow the rain to stop before we continued our journey to prevent any of the rocks from falling from the sky and crushing the cars. I then understood why they had the wire mesh entangled on the mountain to hold the rocks from falling on the streets due to erosion when it rains,but that in my opinion has failed. What they need is a good Civil engineer to find lasting solution to this problem. So for me , anything from Aburi and beyond is out. I will rather invest in a well developed neighborhood and buy a house built outright for comfort and peace of mind in select places as Oyarifa, East Legon hills, Adenta even though they might be a bit pricey.

    • @fredkofiodoom5499
      @fredkofiodoom5499 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@emmaafriyie5170 good morning my friend,
      I believe in the near future those rocks meshed on the left side of Aburi/Tutu road would be dealt with by a civil engineer to prevent rocks from crushing on cars.This sold have been done long time along by the government or the chiefs in Aburi or individuals living there must come in to help out.This is one PROBLEM with Africa.What are you into ? Well I don't have any lands in Oyarifa,East Legon Hills,or Adenta.
