Such a beautiful estate requires a beautiful, tarred roads within the estate itself as this will promote sales and customers satisfaction.

Looks very nice, but a few things....
    1. In my humble opinion, the road should be wider. Take a look @5:01, you may have visitors who come with three cars...two will park in the yard and the third in front of the house on the road. However, if your neighbor across the street has his car parked there, no one will be able to pass because the road will be blocked.
    2. It would be nice to have more greenery, but that will mean bigger plots, and that means the developers will not make as much profit.
    3. It would be nice if each home had a fire extinguisher.

Dear real estate entrepreneurs in Ghana, kindly specify your target demographics. I believe the price of acquiring a modestly designed residence in a minimally habitable area is excessively exorbitant for the average Ghanaian

why are there no greenery in the area espcially trees it is time as Ghanaians we think about Global warming. Ghana is in the hotest part of Africa it is time people think of planting trees when creating a neighbourhood. The place is nice but l would not live there.
