Content was good, but the background music was distracting and deviating.
Thanks for the good advice. But I didn't enjoy the backdrop music. Is backdrop music necessary for this sort of video?
Content was good but Sarah spoke WAY TO FAST. Music was irritating and distracting. Heres a tip: Slow down please.... Its not a race!!!

@Kevbox2008 wrong. My english teacher is from bermingham. I'm pretty sure it's not the difference of accent...
I enjoyed the video, and she provided good information. However, as others said before, the background music was a bit loud, and if a person has a hearing impairment, the background noise detracts from her presentation.
just some feedback, I had a very hard time listening to this video due to the background music.

This is litaraly the exact same thing everyone EVER has told me to do to help with my social anxiety. THIS IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I already know that my fear that I'm not important enough to talk to a certain person is irrational, but that doesn't stop it from being there. I know that the way I stand can effect the conversation, but I can't get myself to just stand normaly. Lastly, her advice about asking more questions instead of talking about yourself? My anxiety is so bad I have problems

I think that all of these things are great but they don't help if you have absolutely nothing in common with the people you are needing to converse with. Supposing you're great at your job and you're at a party where you have the ability to mingle and network with others who may help get you a position or something. However, you're from very different back grounds. You can only ask so many questions before you stop being able to listen and worry you are sounding like a buffoon who knows nothing.
