Skyrim - Dealing with the Ebony Warrior as a Mage...

This dude is already tanky to begin with... But fighting him as a mage makes it even worse. Here is basically how I got it done.

Hi. It was Arniel Gane. The name of the spell is "Arniel's Shade" and you get it for free after completing all the steps of the quest "Arniel's Endeavor" at the College of Winterhold.
