Good pivots! Next level is moving elbows where you are taking maneuver steps and adding your floating weight to it. That jabbing/spearing elbow is a monster with the right foot movements to float your weight behind it. The reverse elbows become super powerful if you take a full step with it too but walking backwards in a fight can be scarey.

Agreed. I teach people to strike in place 1st. (Bad humans come to you) To learn how to target and not over strike which leads to losing your balance. Then comes moving your strike to the appropriate range trying to catch the bad human early when appropriate.

I'd say work more on the foot work aspect of things of training for matches/fights. I noticed the footing of the back heels of each foot is flat to the ground for a grounding approach instead of the heels of from the ground. I've been in MMA for over 26+ years now. Love these videos, keep them coming as I am learning as well.
I also trained in many forms of Krav Maga but haven't trained in certain other areas currently to date. I'd really like to see more Disarming People with guns of all sorts via Krav Maga.
I only know of 3 ways/forms in order to disarm a violent gunman from my personal training. I know there are more ways/forms and sound technics then just 3 ways/forms of gun disarmament in Krav Maga. Will you please show them via educating and teaching us these ways and or forms to do these things correctly?

I can focus very well, except when I see a dog.
Then all my focus, my thoughts, my heart and soul goes to the dog.
So sorry... I couldn't see what you were doing b/c I was just watching the doggies.

This guy is a dream opponent showing his elbows with no structure behind them , much better to practice punches instead

I'm almost feel silly replying to you. But I had a free minute. Every strike is executed with the whole skeleton behind it including the momentum. We also protect vitals while we use our tools. Unlike you in the kitchen with your head up in the air completely open to attack. Ok now say your going to block every thing including the second attacker and chain punch them into submission. Just curious. Why make a negative comment about a practitioner showing basic movement out of context for demonstration purposes. It's sad, we could have has an intelligent exchange.

My art that I practice is taieki. It is very effective. Non traditional boxing punches still do work. The art I practice also incorporates elbows and trust me they are very effective.

@@albertsantos9966 Krav Maga translates into contact combat. I explore every aspect of hitting with empty and hands and with improvised tools. If you close your mind to certain things you limit yourself. Simplicity & Effectiveness is what's most important here. Complicated movements are hard to learn retain and deploy. Thanks for your comment.
