Very well done l went to Nigeria in 2018 to buy properties both in Lagos and Abuja I stayed for 6 months, it was very hectic and lot of agents they confused the hell out you. I end up buying a plot at Lagos under pressure for 3 million naira from a real estate company. When l came back to England l realised l had wasted £15,000 travelling around and entertaining agents alike. If l have this information back then, l do not think l will make mistakes. So big thanks for this video l know what to look for now. Cheers.
So sorry about that. It's quite scary buying land. I'm in England too and I'm looking to buying a plot. I've been scouring carefully for information on how to go about it.
Welcome to the corruption country called Nigeria.. Where you have to be careful of the realtor, developers and all parties involved. I am in the U.S and practically using a middle man in Nigeria to avoid these people trying to tax you "abroad" fee...
Waoo..am glad I came across your video. It is very informative and educative. Learnt so much I didnt know before now. I am a resident of Canada and planning to invest in Lagos/Ibadan but I have been having difficulty of how to go about it. I have talked to some real estate developer in Nigeria that I found on social media... but to me the didnt give me an indepth explanation of the process! All they care about is selling lands as quick as possible. No explanation what so ever. I am will chatting with you further on whatsapp to discuss. Thanks for this great video.
Thanks for this very informative and helpful advise, am a Nigerian living abroad and I am interested in affordable real estate investment in Lagos, kindly advice on how to begin the process of buying a detached or semi detached duplex as a rental income property.
thanks for this video clip. Please advise or give your opinion on buying a house in some of the Lekki estates? What's the service charge ? Are there another other things an investor should consider?
What are your thoughts on Prime Estate Igbesa (Sack your landlord guys)...The location (now in the future) and how legit the company is...plus it doesn't seem they have good plans for the estate development like the Amen estate guys? thanks
Thanks a lot for this information... Seaside Gracias in Apakin Ibeju Lekki is selling 400 and 600sqm plots for 800k and 1.2 Million Title (Excision in Process) this estate is after the Dangote jetty and not far from the lekki beach golf resort and lekki port area(according to google maps), what do you think is the probability of Government releasing this land and have you heard anything about the reputation of this " Seaside Gracias estate" ?
As I have said not a good idea to buy into Excision in process land. The 3 I bought 3 years ago when I didn't know better, is still there with same title status, Excision in process. And what I have heard about Seaside land is that it is a committed land. But I haven't personally done a search on it to confirm if that is true. So thread carefully.
@@hyflyflyr4856 I think you need to educate yourself very well about real estate. What she said is absolutely correct. If you don't know, then make your own research
Informative and insightful. So, would you recommend just buying a completed property outright instead of a land? It seems the land owning process is a bit confusing and risky for a first-time investor. I’m a Nigerian living in the US looking for an investment property in the Lekki area. Please advise. I’ll follow up on WhatsApp. Thanks.
It's less stressful to just buy a house instead of buying a land and building. However both have its pros and cons. At the end of the day it depends on what your goal is. I think I have treated this topic before, if I haven't I will note it down to discuss as a topic. So for the late response. Just seeing this now.

@@RealEstateWithKaro Thank you so much.
@@RealEstateWithKaro Excision in process? There is nothing like that. The land has no title. Period. Do your findings.

Are you familiar with silver park or do you know them? Right on monastery Road.
What about freehold can you explain what a land with freehold as title means?
I've addressed that in another video. Watch => th-cam.com/video/3WkrmQAtThk/w-d-xo.html

Hello Madam, is Dallas court or Goldcity at Ibeju Lekki safe?
Same question
What are companies that have been around for a while in Ibeju Lekki?
What if u are buying from an estate like gracias
What are these companies with indemnity clauses?
Ibeju Lekki start from Majek 2nd Gate
Cheap plots of land or land, not lands.
You have great information but try to get into your point quicker if you want to grow your channel.
So I can buy land I can not develope! GOD forbid ! I rather go to my village
Ibeju lekki start from.abijo
Ibeju lekki actually starts from abijo
In reality yes. 😊
