Here in Central Florida, been close to 90 yet for such late dates. Arizona is so beautiful. I want to go there, I bet my arthritis be so much better there, no humidity etc

If you get the mining claims membership, do they give you a map to show where the claims are that you can mine and detect?
And I'm pretty sure they even put an X on the map to show you where the gold is

Some gold clubs allow camping on the claim and I believe because it is a claim there is no 14 day limit on the stay.
The club sets the rules for length of stay

I have found the closer to Quartzite you are...the less solar you should buy. Try online at Zamp solar in Bend Oregon. I have heard great things about them an their stuff. I went totally DIY off eBay yet that method is very time consuming and requires immense amounts of research. See what Zamp can do for you.

Quartzite is such an ugly boring place I don’t see the allure of spending any amount of time there. The only pretty parts of western AZ are along the Colorado. You have to go mid state to get to some beautiful areas.
I made a comment here once that Quartzite was a place to go through to get to somewhere else.
I don't think the locals like me now. Then again. as an outsider, what do I know. However, I'd definitely go there for the rock & mineral dealers when they're in town.
The allure is affordability as well as winter weather. When in survival mode there is more to consider than scenic beauty.
