That might be the best ride yet. So much history. Beautiful desert is right. Deep washes. Perfect views all around. Looking forward to seeing the spring flowers. TY, TY. Be safe. 😊👍👍
Oh my gosh!! I was right there with you the whole time! With a little bit of a thrill ride in a couple of spots (yeesh!); you reiterated exactly how I felt, standing in front of the fireplace in the remains of that stone structure (dang that was cool!).... and reflected. That's exactly how I do things! I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am! You step in, stand and view exactly as I would! You give a gift!
Incredible view and trail. It always amazes me how our ancestors took pride in the views they enjoyed because every old structure I have ever found has a view worth a million bucks.
What i think about in the mine areas in the 1800s what did they eat. Not much game, truck in food?? What a hard life! Thanks Russ for the journey! Bought a 4 wheel drive vehicle, it's all your fault. Love the unknown history. Take care while in Quartzite, stay safe. Thanks again Larry Miller San Diego Ca. Retired
Just Great! Our Van can't handle the rough roads. In Death Valley I wanted to go to The Race Track, our Van was so rough the engine cut out. Mike Bellas Vistas .
🙋♀️Hello Russ! I got a little queasy on a few of those over the top areas, 🤦♀️ did anyone else have that affect? This was fun! I just don't know how safe the ground is beneath your feet in some areas. Nothing stopping the ground from caving in at anytime, even tho' there are sectioned off areas to prevent someone from slipping into existing opened holes. Picture postcard perfect scenery with a beautiful clear blue sky! Really enjoyed seeing this!👍
I starred at that road on Monday while we were checking out the freeway blockage .didn’t know where that went .wished we would of took it .good stuff thanks again.
Great trip, it was like being in the passenger seat. I love when you go exploring. Look up Gold Eye Mine. It's out to the south west of Quartzsite. It's a working mine. Talk to Steve Hunt, he is the owner. He has stories. Thanks Russ
Two things. 1. We need to see some vids with the Dusty Nugget in the pines this summer. 2. I think I saw a video with a boat next to the van cave. What are the chances of some LAKE videos upcoming?
I cant see the quartz just lots of crushed granite looking dry rocks lol show one up close next time : ) Yep we could see you wave hellooo lol Lovely ride along and view oh yes!
I LOVE THIS STUFF, WHEN I WAS YOUNG I WENT TO A OLD GOLD NEAR ARVIN CA, WHEN MY FATHER-IN-LAW AND I GOT THERE, THERE WAS A OLD MAN THAT LIVED THERE, AND MINED THE SHAFT ALL HIS LIFE,HE WALKED ALL BENT OVER,BUT HE SAID WE COULD GO IN AS LONG AS WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY WOMEN WITH US ,WE ASSURED HIM WE DID NOT. HE STATED THAT IT WAS BAD LUCK TO LET A WOMAN IN THE MINE. SO OVER THE ENTRANCE OF THE MINE WAS A SIGN THAT SAIN NO WOMEN ALLOWED

That was really something, Russ. Kinda dangerous by yourself, no? Thank you for taking us, I've never seen a mine like that.
Good video! Russ, you are really getting to know those trails around Quartzite.....
Great drive today Russ. Your best videos are on the nugget. We need to do some detecting now.

Loved this video and hope to meet you when we come out
I love how you call I 10 really busy. You should see it in my neck of the woods. Yours looks like a Sunday drive compared to it!
Please talk more about permit requirements to drive on BLM land, thanks.
Great trip, it was like being in the passenger seat.
I love when you go exploring.
Look up Gold Eye Mine.
It's out to the south west of Quartzsite.
It's a working mine. Talk to Steve Hunt, he is the owner. He has stories.
Thanks Russ
What amazes me is the directions they dig to follow veins Wouldn’t figure that they with go at such a angle downward
Hi Russ. Interesting mine. I wonder what they used for fuel in their fireplace? Didn't see much but cacti.
Thank you. Very cool trip. It's on my list to do.👀🚐🤪
THANKS
We explore mines, this is so cool well have to explore this sometime!
Awesome !!
I enjoy your nugget adventures!
Great video!
Love it, so nice
Hey russ, check out crown point,AZ. Its a neat place to see.
Hey, Russ, that road was like nature's Coney Island Cyclone!
Imaging riding this in a Stagecoach.
Really cool area!
Beautiful Russ.
Great views Russ. Can those trails be accessed with a full size 4x4 truck or Jeep, or do you have to have an ATV/OHV?
How much do you have in the Dusty Nugget. We are going that route instead of a side by side
Two things. 1. We need to see some vids with the Dusty Nugget in the pines this summer. 2. I think I saw a video with a boat next to the van cave. What are the chances of some LAKE videos upcoming?
After doing a little research of that area, I think you were at the Goodman Mine.
I always throw a rock in the mine to see how deep it is. That road is pretty steep.
that was a cool ride
Hi Russ. I just moved to that area and would love to explore around there. Do you have an exact location for it. Thx.
I see a lot of jumping cholla through your travels, a golfers nightmare. Cheers 🇨🇦
How about taking us to the Cinnabar Mine south of Quartzsite.
Finally had a little rain today!!!
I would love to do something like this!
I try and watch for coyotes on your off trail videos. they must be used to atv's and just lay low or are thy much of a problem?
Where do you get the CRIT permit in Parker?
the fish and game dept by the DMV
You can also get a permit to camp on CRIT land at the same place
I'm going to watch this two or three more times. Beautiful views. GO NUGGET!
PS. You might need to get a helmet.
Does the Windsock guy have a website?
HEY RUSS IF YOU HAVE A ATV WITH ANOTHER STATE OFF ROAD PERMIT DO YOU NEED ONE FROM ARIZONA ????????
I cant see the quartz just lots of crushed granite looking dry rocks lol show one up close next time : ) Yep we could see you wave hellooo lol Lovely ride along and view oh yes!
Russ make a little rain dance for us plz👍
Talk about taking the high road
I'd say '4-wheel'n 201' ! Be Safe Russ !!
How often do you encounter snakes and other potentially dangerous creatures? How would you get medical assistance in these desolate areas?
your sneeking up russ!!!! 100.000 come on baby ......
You should have picked up a piece of the quartz so we can see what it looked like.
👍👍😊
Excuse my ignorance, but what state is this?
ARIZONA

Russ, Interesting video, thanks for the video. Question, Have you had any road troubles on your ventures with your Kawasaki, just wondering?
Thanks!
not not yet
Do you see many rattlesnakes.
They must have found some color to justify the shafts and living spots.
Hey Russ!!! " REALLY SOCIAL DISTANCING!!! Be Safe!!!
The quRTZ YOU SEE IS A CARRIER FOR THE GOLD. mINERS STILL LOOK FOR QUARTZ DEPOSITS AS AN INDICATOR
