    Sir, avial super! But Murungakai ya vettum phodu, " cut the vegetable then roll a bit and again cut it-- vettu onnu thundu rendu aagidum! Why I am telling you this is all the flavouring agents are present in that " Naar "-- so you need not take away the " Naar "-- I was taught like this by my father!-- especially since " Muruungakai" is not a root vegetable -- just washing is enough!!-- since Mr. Unnai was praising this part of cutting I had to tell this for viewers!!-- eating is not only for taste but also for nutrients is it not!!-- but anyway all the dishes you make are really food!- I also appreciate u added " thayir" as it is a genuine avial!!!--- No offence intended!!

    this is only modern version . not original version - adai - adaipathu adai it shouldnot be like dosa batter or idly batter .
